Wedding TERMS & CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT Provisional Bookings are held for 14 days only, after which time they are automatically released, unless a Deposit of 600 is received by the Hotel to secure your booking. A Hotel Terms & Conditions Form must also be signed and completed at this stage. All Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable in the event of any cancellations. WEDDING GUEST BEDROOMS & ALLOCATIONS We will automatically reserve 10 standard bedrooms at a preferred Wedding B&B rate for weddings 80+ guests and 1 complimentary Bridal Suite. These 10 rooms will be automatically released 4 weeks prior to FINAL NUMBERS Final guest numbers must be supplied to the hotel in the Client guarantees payment.
