FISH VEGETABLES The siblings Richard Güfel and Barbara Di Domizio-Güfel lead their own fish farm in Meiningen/ Vorarlberg with love to the nature and passion for fish. Fish is very healthy and not thinkable to remove from our menu. Vorarlberg has a high water quality and therefore best requirements for good fish. Also lake Constance offers really good fish, like pikeperch, white fish, brown trout and European perch. And best: local fish tastes fantastic! Vegetables with high quality and freshness! The island Reichenau is the most south located vegetables producing area of Germany and Austria. The engagement and qualifications of their gardeners confirms the good reputation of Reichenau! However the area has also the ideal climate, humus rich grounds and fertile plains. Next to every meal in this menu you will find a mixture of letters.
