8 9 CAMBRIDGESHIRE Cambridgeshire CARDIFF, CARMARTHENSHIRE & CHESHIRE COOLSHIP FRUIT REV JAMES ORIGINAL ELGOOD AND SONS LTD BRAINS Established in 1795 Elgoods was the first purpose built brewery to be built outside of London. It is a beautiful Georgian brewery with over four acres of gardens, a lake, maze and visitor centre. The brewery remains under the control of the Elgood family and is today run by Belinda, Jenny and Claire. Still owned by the descendants of the founders, who took over a fledgling brewery in a small stone building behind a Cardiff pub in 1882. Brains is distinctively Welsh, with a close association to Welsh sport. The Rev James beers have been brewed in honour of the Reverend James Buckley, a Methodist Minister and Brewer of fine ales. The sweetness and rich berry flavour is off-set by the smooth sourness of the Coolship ale. 5.0% abv 330ml Sour Ale Rich and well balanced with a mellow malty favour and a clean refreshing finish. 4.5% abv 500ml Classic English Ale Carmarthenshire DOUBLE DRAGON FELINFOEL BREWERY Felinfoel Brewery, based in Felinfoel near Llanelli, is in its sixth generation making it the oldest family brewery in Wales. It is also the producer of Double Dragon, the National Ale of Wales. Deep copper with nutty, light toffee notes and a core of tangy red fruit. 4.2% abv 500ml Classic English Ale Cheshire OLD TOM WITH GINGER ROBINSONS BREWERY Robinsons, one of the UK s largest independent family brewers, merges over 175 years of experience and heritage, with innovation and brewing expertise, to create both vintage favourites and more experimental modern beers. Located in Coxhoe, Co. Durham, Sonnet 43 Brew House uses only the best ingredients with traditional brewing methods, to produce remarkable, high-quality cask beers that deliver a real taste experience to be savoured and enjoyed. Rich, dark and flavourful, chocolate malt gives a smooth rich coffee finish. 4.0% abv 500ml Stout & Porter Maris Otter pale malt and Northdown hops. A very refreshing, medium bodied slightly bitter drink. 3.8% abv 330ml Classic English Ale Cornwall TRIBUTE ST AUSTELL This family owned brewery, based in St Austell, was established in 1851 and produces a range of delicious cask and bottle ales. A light, hoppy, zesty and easy drinking ale, great with chicken or fish. 4.2% abv 500ml Pale Ale County Antrim TITANIC QUARTER BEER HILDEN BREWING CO Hilden Brewery, Ireland s oldest independent brewery, has been producing full flavoured, hand-crafted beers since 1981. Their brewing methods combine heritage and tradition with the finest of contemporary tastes, to produce the best beers possible. A pale ale that s clean and refreshing, with a good level of bitterness. 4.2% abv 500ml Pale Ale County Down MAGGIE S LEAP IPA WHITEWATER BREWING CO. LTD Set in the heart of the Mournes, this family run microbrewery produces craft ales, lager and stout throughout the north and south of Ireland, as well as in France. Packed with citrus flavours, which is hoppy and mildly bitter. 4.5% abv 500ml Classic English Ale Cumbria CUMBERLAND ALE JENNINGS Established in 1828 by John Jennings Snr, the Jennings brewery is based in the Cumbrian town of Cockermouth, in the heart of the Lake District. Only the finest natural ingredients are used, including pure Lakeland water, to deliver a genuine taste of the Lake District. Balanced hops and residual malt flavours give a refreshing taste and unique characteristics. 4.0% abv 500ml Classic English Ale Derbyshire CHIRON THORNBRIDGE Thornbridge started brewing in 2005 and has gone on to win over 350 industry and consumer awards for their beers. They have also been awarded the BBC s Drink Producer of the Year 2014. Golden in colour, the aroma is subtle but spicy with citric notes from the hops, balanced by biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. 5.0% abv 330ml Pale Ale

The beer is produced using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients. The aroma of orangery and flowery hops leads to a zesty, refreshing ale. 4.1% abv 500ml Classic English Ale East Lothian BELHAVEN ST ANDREWS ALE Belhaven Brewery is in the town of Dunbar, 30 miles east of Edinburgh on the sunny East Lothian coast. Here, John Johnstone took ownership of the brewery in 1719 and started brewing for commercial sale. This malt whisky of beer is closely associated with the Home of Golf. Complex but refreshing, with sweet and sour flavours. 4.6% abv 500ml Brown Ale Dorset TANGLEFOOT HALL & WOODHOUSE Years ago Head Brewer, John Woodhouse rose from sampling his latest creation, when his mischievous companion tangled him up with the lead, and Woodhouse fell upon the perfect name for the beer. A golden ale with hints of melon and pear, it is ideal with steak pie. 5.0% abv 500ml Classic English Ale East Lothian BELHAVEN WEE HEAVY Although Belhaven Brewery can trace its documented history back to 1719, there may well have been beer production on their site as early as the 12th century by Monks (known for their brewing skills) who settled in the area. Malt sweetness with a spicy fruitiness; complex, full-bodied, sweet, rich, and strong. 7.4% abv 330ml Strong Ale Dorset ANNINGS ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER CIDER LYME BAY WINERY Made exclusively by Lyme Bay Winery for Tom Seward who created the brand the motivation behind Annings Fruit Ciders came from the desire to produce real-tasting, full-flavoured fruit ciders using real fruit extracts carefully blended with West Country cider. Delicious fruit cider, made with elderflower juice and cucumber extracts. Light, refreshing and original. 4.0% abv 500ml Cider

Brewing high quality ales using local and home grown ingredients, as well as their own water supply, their beers can be found throughout Yorkshire in cask, bottle and keg. Blonde, continental style beer with a soft, fruity flavour. 4.8% abv 500ml Golden/Blonde Ale Gloucestershire CHELTENHAM SPA BATTLEDOWN BREWERY Battledown is the oldest working brewery in Cheltenham and located just a mile from the city centre. Deep golden, easy drinking with summer fruits, light biscuit malt and great bitter finish. 4.6% abv 500ml Strong Ale Edinburgh INNIS & GUNN RUM FINISH INNIS & GUNN Innis & Gunn is dedicated to sharing the unique flavours of their oak-aged beers with the world. They are also known for their Rum Finish which is matured over oak heartwood and infused with specially selected rums. Full-bodied Scottish beer bursting with fruit and spicy notes. 6.8% abv 330ml Speciality/Flavoured Ale Gwynedd SNOWDONIA ALE PURPLE MOOSE BREWERY LTD The Purple Moose Brewery is based in Porthmadog, close to the mountains of Snowdonia. This award-winning 40-Barrel microbrewery brews all of its ales from Welsh mountain water and natural ingredients which are renowned for exceptional taste. Pale, refreshing and hoppy beer with a gorgeous aroma of tropical fruits. 4.0% abv 500ml Pale Ale East Sussex WILD HOP HARVEY S BREWERY The brewery has been a landmark in Lewes, the county town of East Sussex, for over 200 years. It is a family business spanning eight generations, with a member of the eighth generation currently working there. Wild Hop is brewed with the aptly named Sussex Hop - originally discovered growing wild in a hedgerow in Sussex. It has tropical fruit aromas. 3.7% abv 500ml Golden/Blonde Ale Hampshire ORGANIC LUTRINS REAL ALE LAVERSTOKE PARK FARM Laverstoke Park Farm is spread over 2,500 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside near Overton. It is owned and run by ex-racing driver and Formula One World Champion Jody Scheckter. This biodynamic and organic real ale is created using traditional hop varieties, some dating back to 1830 grown in a quiet corner of Laverstoke Park Farm called Lutrins Field. Strong pale ale with a slight caramel sweetness. Pour carefully for clear ale or quickly for cloudy with all the flavour. 5.0% abv 330ml Pale Ale Herefordshire OLD ROSIE H WESTON & SONS LTD Since 1880 Westons Cider has been producing top quality cider and perry in Much Marcle, Herefordshire. By using only the best cider apples and aged, old oak vats to slowly mature their cider, they ensure their quality is never compromised. It was the first brewery in Britain to use steam, instead of coal, to boil the brewery coppers and today, IOM Purity laws forbid the use of additives as a substitute for natural brewing ingredients. Importing fine wines and spirits from around the world, and utilising the town s natural spring water, the beers were universally commended for their outstanding quality, purity and splendid condition. The brewery was ultimately swallowed up by Hammonds Bradford Brewery Co, and consequently Bass, and then shut down in the early 1920s. The brewer s tradition was brought back to the Yorkshire spa town after a 100 year hiatus in 2009. Mary Jane is named for the character in the Yorkshire folk song On Ilkla Moor Baht at.
