Ivo Varbanov Merlot, Syrah, Mavrud (Open Mood) 2013 75cl 14.3% 26.00 Another limited run of only 1300 bottles, this wine was blended by famous sommelier Raphael Thierry at the Bibigo restaurant, London. Mainly Merlot and Shiraz, a well- balanced and rich red, offering notes of cocoa and redcurrant. Velvety to taste with pronounced tannins to finish. Ideal with all of our Pedigree Hereford beef dishes.
