SO WHAT IS BARBEQUE? We ll start with the long answer. If traditional grilling means to quickly cook a piece of meat at high temperatures, barbeque works the opposite way: here it s slow cooking at low temperatures. The barbeque method of cooking has several benefits. On average, meat loses between 25-30% in weight during cabbage, carrot, onion with creamy dressing.
