23 wild JUNIPER OG: 13% ABV: 5,0% IBU: 35 Pale ale seasoned in an oak barrel with spices. The fifth anniversary of Gletcher brewery is celebrated with a beer that reflects our experience and plans. Three schools of brewing merged in Wild Juniper to showcase their best. The basis of the style is the English pale ale. Its flexibility allows us to add spices without ruining the taste. The aroma of Wild Juniper is formed by three American hops. Cascade and Eld- orado are responsible for moderate bitterness and vanilla tones. Chinook, being popular in seasonal ales, is distinguished by coniferous notes. The recipe is fulfilled with seasoning in a cognac oak barrel with the addition of juniper, clove, and cinnamon berries. The resulting ale is left for six months to age with a little yeast. It completes the final taste of the beer without affecting the proof.
24 gletcher saison OG: 14% ABV: 6,3% IBU: 40 Being brewed for the spring with grains of paradise, orange peel, and coriander, Gletcher Saison reminds us of the Belgian peasants who had been brewing beer by the ploughing season. In Gletcher Saison, you will taste hot Guinean pepper nicknamed grains of paradise for its exotic aroma and lemon-mint flavor of cardamom. Fantasia German hops give beer light floral notes perfectly balanced and complementing orange peel. Three waves of bitterness develop gradually in Gletcher Saison: first of hops, then of orange peel and finally of Guinea pepper.
