Fees & charges The following is a list of the minimum spend required for an exclusive evening function. General Information The following terms and conditions are provided to ensure your event is a success for all parties involved. To book & confirm the venue for your exclusive use, please sign and return the booking form with your $500.00 deposit (this will be used as a bond & refunded after conclusion of function) Capacity - Sit down 150 guests maximum (dependant on bridal table requirements) Cocktail Party 250 guests N.B. Morrisons can cater for larger functions, however a marquee would need to be utilised and hired at the expense of the client. Confirmation & Deposit - Morrisons will hold tentative bookings until another party makes an inquiry for the date. At this time you will have first choice at the date but a decision must be made and confirmed with a deposit. Please email or phone to book an appropriate time with our function manager. Price validity Prices as quoted are valid until 30 June 2018. After this date, a maximum price increase of $5 per person for beverage options & $5 per person for food options can be expected for all functions/events, including those booked prior to 30 June 2018. Final Numbers The confirmed final numbers are required no later than 5 business days prior to the function date. This refers to the total number of adults & children attending the event and is the number Morrisons will cater & charge for. If the actual numbers exceed that confirmed, the additional guest/s will be charged at the same price per person. Final payment - Payment of the final account (food and beverage package) is due 5 business days prior to the event. If beverages are on a consumption basis, the account must be paid on or the next day. Please be advised that credit card payments incur a 3% service fee. Morrisons recommends payment by cash or electronic funds transfer. Bank account details can be provided upon request. Menu Selection Final menu selections are required 21 days prior to the function date. Please advise of any known allergies for guests at this time. **All menu prices include bread rolls with butter** Beverage Selection Confirmation of your beverage selection is required 21 business days prior to the function date. We are happy to source specific bar items (eg beer or special wines) if requested and require 21 days notice to allow delivery. Morrisons reserve the right to alter bar items due to stock availability. Beverage policy Morrisons reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest under the age of 18 or that is unable to provide proof of age, or that we believe to be intoxicated or disruptive.

No B.Y.O unless pre-organised and approved by your function manager. Entertainers/ Photographer s Meals A main meal can be provided for musicians, videographers etc if required, at a cost of $30.0pp - Please confirm how many meals will be required when finalizing event numbers. Paddle-steamers Morrisons can provide catering and staff for paddlesteamer cruises if required. Cost of this provision is in addition to on-site quoted prices. Price on application. Chair Covers Should chair covers be provided for Morrisons staff to apply a cost of $3.50 per chair will be charged, alternatively the client can organise for this to be done by an outside source at 3pm onwards on the day of the function. Please note there will still be a charge for removal of chair covers/chair sashes at the conclusion of your function. Toasting Procedure Morrisons do not automatically provide each guest with a glass of sparkling specifically for toasting. Morrisons staff will ensure guests have a full beverage at time of toasting. Damages The client accepts financial responsibility for any damages to the premises, fixtures, fittings & grounds caused by function guests, contractors or sub contractors. Morrisons will not be responsible for damage or loss of property or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. Forms will be supplied for signing Morrisons does not allow the use of confetti or scatters, and if used, a clean up fee of $80.00 is applicable. Inclusions The following items are standard inclusions in Morrisons exclusive event packages. Exclusive use of venue from: 6pm 11pm (evening function) 11.30am 4.00pm (day function) Guests are to depart by 11.30pm or 4.30pm respectively. White linen tablecloths and napery on all dining tables, rectangular tables, Morrisons glassware, all crockery & cutlery, cake table with knife, gift table for wishing well & gifts, cordless microphone, easel & canvas for seating chart (client to provide seating chart & all table decorations). Ceremony set up If you are having your ceremony onsite, Morrisons will provide 24 chairs, power and a signing table, please advise if you would like our staff to set this for you. (Ceremony charge in addition to reception $300) Morrisons is open to the general public for lunch and cellar door sales between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm, exclusivity is not given for the ceremony, unless pre organised. The selection and cost of table decorations, (including candles and place cards) and entertainment is the responsibility of the client. Candles must be placed on a holder (i.e. candlebra, tea light holder) Public Holidays If the function is held on an actual public holiday, an additional hire fee of $1000.00 is required.

Cancellations All cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made in writing. A full refund of function deposit is applicable only if cancellation is made 90 days prior to the event. If cancellation is made within the 90 day time period 50% of final function total is required and if cancellation is made within a 28day time period full payment of function is required. Entertainment/ Music - Venue staff will monitor sound levels during the event, and may ask for volume to be reduced. All music must finish at 11.00pm. Licensing - In accordance with licensing laws, bar trading will cease at 11.00pm Mon Sun.
