Basils Farm is the perfect location for those who are looking for a venue with a difference; offering artisan wines, farm fresh produce and stunning views. The beautiful surrounds and outlook will delight your guests. They are a photographers dream and can be used to capture your special occasion for lasting memories. An exceptional setting, ensuring your wedding is a truly memorable day. Wedding Ceremonies can be held in the potager garden in front of the farmhouse overlooking Swan Bay, adjacent to the dam or at the Olive Grove Vineyard. Inclement weather options include, inside Basils Farmhouse or Basils Pavilion. Receptions can be held in the Farmhouse or in the adjacent private marquee. Basils Pavilion is a permanent building adjoining the Farmhouse and is available for bookings of up to 100 guests seated, or 120 guests stand up cocktail. 4 Basils Farmhouse is a charming venue for an intimate wedding or for larger celebrations, our permanent pavilion, affording sweeping views over Swan Bay. 4 Ceremonies and Receptions Weddings can be held inside the adjacent pavilion or inside Basils farmhouse. Enjoy exclusive use of Basils Farm during the evenings, Wednesday to Sunday from 6 pm to 10 pm, or all-day Monday and Tuesday. The rustic, style café and adjoining pavilion can cater for 100 guests seated or 120 for a stand up cocktail reception. The café inside space will be utilised as a dancefloor and walk up bar. The pavilion is fully enclosable with heaters and lighting. Outstanding views

Beverage packages are also available. 5 Wedding Packages Option 1: Three Course Meal Three hot and three cold Canapés A selection of two Entrée (alternate drop) A selection of two Main course (alternate drop) Price per person: $85 Option 2: Banquet Style* Four hot and four cold Canapés Share platter banquet, a choice of three mains Price per person: $75 *Our most popular style. Basils Banquets offer a share style menu, featuring succulent meats such as; slow roasted pork, saltbush crusted lamb, honey and thyme roasted chicken and market fresh, whole house smoked salmon. All banquets come with seasonal vegetables, rosemary and garlic potatoes, anti-pasto selection, salads, assorted breads and freshly baked sourdough rolls. Banquets also include an array of delicious condiments to create an exceptional dining experience. Option 3: Walk and Fork Four hot and four cold canapés Selection of three walk and fork options Price per person: $75 Optional Extra s: Plunger coffee and a range of Organic teas: $5 per person. House made dessert platters: $20 per person. Cut and serve your Wedding cake: $250.
6 6 Site Fees, Minimum Spend and Options Site Fees and Minimum Spend Minimum spend - $10,000 including site fee, food and beverages. Site fee - $2,500 for 6pm onwards (Pavilion, inside café and grounds). Ceremony non-exclusive use from 3pm onwards. Locations include, adjacent to the dam or Olive Block Vineyard, $1,000. Ceremony exclusive use from 5pm onwards. Location: potager garden, $2,000. Ceremony fee includes set up of signing table, chairs (approx. 20) and 1 x wine barrel. Extra chairs and tables may incur additional hire fees. Additional Options Food stations set up in the gardens. Themed food options i.e. Pan Asian, Mexican, American BBQ, and Indian. Bridal party table food and beverages, before or after a ceremony. Band meals provided at reduced price. Additional canapé options. Cocktails and/or spirits. Pre wedding food tasting. $45pp, pre paid at time of booking. If a wedding is booked the amount paid will be deducted from the deposit. This tasting will be degustation style with matching wines. Five tasting options including: o 1 x Canapés, 1 x entrée, 2 x main, 1 x dessert. o 4 x 50ml wine or 1 x beer. Artists Impression -Pavilion

8 8 Wine and Beverage Options The below beverage packages can be selected for a five hour package. Please select choices from our current drinks menu. Cocktails or Spirits are also available by request, prices to be advised and charged on consumption. Additional hours are charged at $15 per hour, per person Option 1: Farmhouse & Basils Farm range Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Plus a selection of house craft beers and soft drinks Price per person: $55.00 Option 2: Farmhouse, Basils Farm and Reserve range Above choices, plus the addition of Reserve Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Blanc De Noir Price per person: $65.00 Basils Farm Wine Range
9 Your Perfect Day..
10 Terms and Conditions 10 CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT To make a booking please sign the bookings form and provide your credit card details to pay a $1,000 deposit to secure your preferred date. One month prior to the wedding date, a deposit of $50 per person is required. Final confirmation of guest numbers and dietary requirements are required 14 days prior to your ceremony and/or reception. Basils Farm accepts payment by cash, direct bank deposit, Visa and Mastercard. The final payment is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event. No changes to numbers are to be made after this date. FOOD & CAKES Due to Victorian Food Safety Laws, Basils Farm requests that cakes and external food is professionally prepared by Licensed Food Retailers or a Registered Food Business. Suggested suppliers can be provided on request. A service charge of $250 will be applicable for serving wedding cakes. EVENT STYLISTS Florists and stylists are requested to finish setting up at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your event. Please advise us of the contact details of your chosen stylist. A list of suggested stylists can be provided on request. Additional attached decorations may incur a bond to be payable. This will be refundable the day after the event, subject to no damage caused. CONFETTI, RICE & FLOWERS We kindly request that your guests refrain from using confetti whilst on the Basils Farm grounds. MUSIC Out of respect for our nearby neighbours and local noise restrictions, we request that loud bands are not booked. Guests are required to bring their own portable sound systems with them and set up. BYO No BYO alcohol, food (non catered) or beverages are to be brought onto the premises. RESPONSIBLE SERVING OF ALCOHOL Basils Farm follows the National Alcohol Beverage Industries Council guidelines on the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Staff members are instructed to not serve alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years, or to guests perceived to be in a state of intoxication. RESPONSIBILITY Basils Farm does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any customer s property left on the premises. Organisers are financially responsible for any damages sustained to Basils Farm property, fittings or equipment. PRICES All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Prices are correct at the time of printing. REFUNDS We regret that in the event of a cancellation, deposits paid are non transferable and non refundable. All cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made in writing to Basils Farm.
