1 High tea & Garden party Package High tea is an elegant but relaxed way to entertain amongst the beautiful established gardens of Pialligo plant farm or the quaint character filled fully restored 1930's cottage, Perfect for an afternoon christening, bridal or baby shower, baby naming ceremony. High Tea Bookings from 3-5pm. (Minimum charge of 15 people) $40 p.p choose 5 items, tea or coffee. $50 p.p includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival. Savoury Tasmanian smoked salmon and dill cream cheese roulade, toasted brioche Caramelised onion, butter puff pastry tart, goats cheese, dill Roast beef bagel with seeded mustard mayonnaise Mini mushroom and leek quiche Cheese plate with quince paste, walnut bread and dried fruit (supplement 5.0pp) Sweet Chocolate mousse, chilli peanut praline lemon curd, fresh berries, French meringue Chocolate almond slice, double cream Bread and butter pudding, orange marmalade, caramel sauce Garden Party (Minimum 40 guets) Booking times between 12-5pm Why not use the wonderful gardens surrounding Pod to host your garden party. This is an excellent way to have some great food and drinks all while being immersed in the beautiful surroundings of Pod. Select from a variety of specialty stations for you and your guests to enjoy. Creating your own unique party to enjoy in our garden.

2 Food stations $50pp Regional table Selection of vegetables, salads and olives made from regional produce Charcuterie table a selection of cured meats, duck liver parfait, pickles, aioli and sourdough Bird cage hay baked chickens cooked over hot coals served with hay baked potatoes. Bar B Que slow cooked pork and beef served with corn bread rolls and pickles, mustards and slaw. Upgrade your party by adding an additional station from below. Oyster bar - 12pp a selection of oysters served with seasonal garnishes. Cheese table - 7pp a selection of imported and local cheeses, Pialligo quince & flat breads. Dessert table - 10pp A delicious selection of sweets and treats to tempt your tastebuds. You wont be able to help, but come back form more. Beverage stations (Based on consumption) Gin table choose a selection of gins (up to 5) then let us expertly match them with flavours and seasonal garnishes. Champagne bar choose a selection of champagnes from our wine list to be served. Wine station- choose which wines you would like to be served from our award winning wine list. Beer bath Pod Food has many a selection of tasty brews, why not serve your preferred ale to celebrate with. Cocktail bar select a few of your favourite cocktails, Pod Food experienced bartenders will mix and serve them for you. No split bills. Menus are subject to changes

3 Terms and Conditions Please read the following and contact us should you have any questions. Booking and Confirmation To secure your reservation a Booking and Confirmation Form is to be completed and a $250 deposit taken. Booking confirmations are to be returned to us 7 days after your booking request. Reservations will not be confirmed until your Booking and Confirmation Form has been signed and returned. Confirmation of the total number of guests must be made 48 hours before your reservation. Functions will be charged on the final number of confirmed guests. For events booking the whole venue a deposit of 15% is to be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation. The total account is to be paid in full at the completion of the event. Final arrangements for menu and beverage selections should be made two weeks prior to the function. Payment The total account is to be paid in full at the completion of your meal. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We regret that we cannot accept cheques. Only one account will be issued for your reservation. Split accounts will not be provided. All rates include taxes. Cakes Cakeage (BYO $4 per person. Cakes are presented to the table then served individually plated with whipped cream and seasonal fruit. Cakes presented to Pod Food will be tested at arrival for correct temperature, cakes failing this test will not be served due to Podfood s health and safety regulations. Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or . Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the cost of the menu chosen for the confirmed number of guests. Cancellations made more than 48 hours up to 31 days prior to the commencement of the reservation will incur a fee anywhere between the $250 deposit up to 50% of the cost of the menu for the event. Management will determine this charge based on ability to rebook the venue. Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance of the commencement of the reservation will receive a full refund. Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to conduct their function in a legal and respectable manner and are responsible for the conduct of their invited guests. The host of the function will be charged for any damages that may be incurred to the restaurant, the property or its staff. Please note that in line with the Australian Legislation relating to Responsible Service of Alcohol, Pod Food staff and Management reserve the right to terminate a function, refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated or take responsible action to assist any intoxicated guest from the premises. Smoking is only permitted in the car park; all cigarette butts must be disposed of thoughtfully. The client is responsible for delivery and collection of any external props and equipment.
