Montalto s experienced and professional team, under the efficient guidance of our dedicated Functions Manager will ensure that your dinner runs smoothly and in the style you desire. A 15% surcharge is applicable on all public holidays. Payment Conditions We are happy to hold a tentative booking for a period of 48 hours, credit card details required. To secure your booking, we require a $2000 deposit for Montalto Restaurant Exclusive Use. Any reductions in numbers after this time are nonrefundable. Menu Montalto s menu focuses on fresh garden produce. If for any reason we are unable to provide the agreed garnishes, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you. Requests on the night cannot be catered for, we do not cater for preferences. 6 important information Band Meals Band/ photography meals can be arranged at a cost of $55 per person for a one course main meal including non-alcoholic drinks. Band meals will be provided after all guests have been served. Music Montalto has significant noise restrictions that prevent us from having any music amplified outside the venue after 8pm. Decorations and Arrangements Decorations need to meet our OHS requirements, please advise intended plan prior to the event. Decorations can be erected 1.5 hours prior to the event and must be packed down 1 hour after the event finishes. Any decorations left overnight must be picked up by 10am the following day as we have limited storage. Montalto is not responsible for any decorations left on site after this time. Arrival/ Departure times Montalto is unable to service your guests in the dining room prior to or after your function times. Montalto requires all guests to have left the premise no later than half an hour after your event has concluded. Transport Red Hill is classed as a rural area and it is strongly advised you do not rely on Taxi services. If you or your guests require transport please refer to our preferred suppliers list. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in or within 10 metres of the buildings. Lost Property and Damages You will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred by your guests or third part contractors. This includes any damage done to the building, sculptures, vines, furniture or equipment.
