Sirata Beach Resort Reunion Banquet Menus Overnight Room Discounts: Rates vary from date to date most weekends require a two night minimum stay. Rates will be quoted during the booking process and included in your contract. With a banquet function, Sirata will offer a room block of 10 rooms per night with no contractual liability. Additional contracted rooms will be the responsibility of the person signing the contract. Guests will call in to make their own reservations and pay for their own rooms. In most cases reservations must be made 45 days in advance. Friday Night Receptions: Banquet space is not given for bar only events. Space cannot be reserved at Harry s or Rum Runners. For private outdoor or indoor banquet space, there is a food minimum of $23.00 ++ per person ($30.03 inclusive). Saturday Dinner / Dance: There is no charge for rental of the banquet room. The food and beverage minimum for Saturday night dinner events is $39.00 ++ per person ($50.91 inclusive). Event Requirements A cash bar can be set up and available in your banquet space. A bartender fee of $75.00 will be charged if the bar sales do not exceed $400.00. Sirata has the right to move function space based on anticipated guest attendance and weather. Groups with less than 25 people will be charged a $35.00 server fee. Parking: The parking charge for overnight guests will be discounted from $8.00 per night, to $5.00 per night (limit 1 car per room). The parking charge for non-overnight guests will be discounted from $15.00 per car to $5.00 per car based on availability. Sirata Beach Resort can also quote a flat fee for self parking, based on anticipated attendance, which will be charged to the group master account. If this option is selected, guests driving in will not need to pay for parking the day of the event/events. Function Space Setup: Your banquet room will have round tables with table linens, mirror tiles and crystal candles as centerpieces, dance floor, skirted registration tables, DJ tables, bar setup. Additional tables are provided on request - i.e. table for projector, memorabilia displays, name tags etc. Any other decorations are the responsibility of the group i.e. balloon bouquets, floral arrangements etc. Upon request we can recommend local companies for decorations. Confetti is not permitted. Outdoor functions must end by 10:00p.m. These functions must be a dinner buffet or reception and are subject to a $250.00 setup fee. Indoor back-up space will also be reserved. Entertainment / Audio Visual: DJs or band for entertainment are hired and paid for by the committee. Upon request, we can recommend a DJ or entertainment company to you. You may rent an ipod docking station with speakers for $100.00 for up to 3 hours. Sirata has an audio visual company for rental of screens, LCD projectors, microphones, etc. Contract / Deposit / Payment: Your signed contract is due back to us in 2 weeks. We require a $500.00 deposit with the signed contract 50% of your estimated charges are due 60 days prior to arrival and is determined by menu selections and anticipated guest count at that time.
