Payment/Credit Policy If you or your company does not already have an account with us, please establish one with our accounting department 30 days in advance of your function. Our credit policy is full payment within 30 days of date of invoice. Social function payments are required prior the function. Meeting Room Cancellations Unless otherwise arranged with our Catering Manager, room rental plus the guaranteed number of guests will be charged if cancellation is less than seven (7) business days prior to the function. Dances/Music We are required to collect two copyright fees plus tax, which is submitted to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), as well a Re-Sound for any and all events that have music.
