The master chef and his team worked hard to design an outstanding menu for you. Inspired by the season, this menu features delicious Dutch recipes in which pure ingredients are transformed into delightful dishes that blend modern ideas with authentic cooking techniques. One of the high points is definitely the duck confit, where the meat is slowly cooked, over a matter of hours, in goose fat until it almost falls off of the bone. A new addition and recommendation on the menu is the veel pastrami. Tender and strong in flavour but brought into perfect balance with the tuna mayonnaise.
