These wines represent the local terroir of our vineyards in Judean Hills.

In 1958, the Sumeire family who have owned the Font-Freye estate since 1933, acquired this large estate near Pierrefeu, within the Var region.

1. Vallée du Rhône Sud, Vaucluse Sablet 15 min from Orange 30 min from Avignon

2. A Family Story In 1935, Paul Lambert, the grandfather, had a farmer activity, breeding sheep, cultivating fruit trees and he also had some vineyards. In the 60's, Domaine des Pasquiers specialized itself into the viticulture and bought vineyards in Sablet and Plan de Dieu.

2. A Family Story Jean Claude and Philippe Lambert, the two brothers from the third generation manage and develop the estate, and successfully obtained, in 2013, the organic certification. Mathieu Lambert from the fourth generation continue to perpetuate the prosperity of the family business.

3. One estate, three terroirs The vineyards of 87 hectares extends from Plan de Dieu to Les Dentelles de Montmirail. There are three appellations (AOP) : Gigondas, Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet and also an IGP Vaucluse.

3. One estate, three terroirs Plan de Dieu : Stones Sablet : Sands Gigondas: Grey limestone

3. One estate, three terroirs 1.10 ha in Gigondas 25 ha Sablet 44 ha Plan de Dieu 15 ha IGP Vaucluse 55% Grenache 30% Syrah 10 % Mourvèdre 5 % Cinsault-Merlot- Marselan-Carignan

4. The harvest Taste and analyse the grapes to see the balance between sugar and acidity Hand and mechanical harvesting

4. The harvest Tractor drove by Jean Claude Grapes controled by Philippe 100% de stemmed

4. The harvest Traditionnal vinification Temperature and density controle Fermentation between 10 to 30 days Vinified grapes separetly

4. The harvest Wines are blend after the cellar tasting Red and Rosé wines And then after ageing we bottle the wine

5. About last vintages 2015 In the area, they think it is a great vintage with beautiful well balance between power and roundness. At Domaine des Pasquiers, Perfect vinification with the mastery of temperature (thanks to the «cold group») and sugar finish, beginning of teh harvest were early on the 7th sept. The sanitary quality waw perfect until the end. End of devating this week and first tank was tasting, they are beautiful

We started the harvest, ten days in advance, on the 29th August (IGP Vaucluse),

the Grenache and Mourvèdre, and then the Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre from Sablet

then continued with the Syrah of the Plan de Dieu,

and finally we ended with the vines of Gigondas.

We finished the 21st of September and the first tastings anounce a very beautiful vintage but with less volume about 20%

6. Vin biologique Controlled by European regulation about cultivation techniques and winemaking methods. Strict specifications and is certified by an independent organism which require 36 months of conversion Act for solidarity, equity, health of winegrower and consumers Protect the environment, water resources, biodiversity and ecology Maintain soil fertility : no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers and no GMO Promote the expression of the terroirs

6. Vin biologique Convinced of the importance and benefits about this method of viticulture and winemaking, this is a militant approach that we have made for the long term. This allows us to diversify and segment our range of wines to answer consumers' demand.

6. Vin biologique The United States recognizes organic certification apart winemaking, also we need to request the NOP equivalence

7. Aromatic, structured and complex wines IGP Vaucluse AOP Côtes du Rhône AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu AOP Gigondas

8. News 2012: new building for the stocks and the bottling and wine cellar tasting 2016 : cold group 2017 : New pneumatic press = time saving of 50% on the time of decanting
