It certainly exceeded all ur expectatins. Althugh we live ut-f-twn, yu made it s easy and pleasant t plan ur event, prviding any infrmatin we needed and answering all ur questins. When we arrived at the Cliff Huse, the tables were beautifully set and arranged. There were even pdiums t practice the ceremny! The buffet table and arrangements were just perfect, crdinating with the wd-carved flrals we brught. Everything we requested was there - the gift table, bster, high chair and there was even a cat clset! Frm the mment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest peple. The bar tender nt nly served beverages at the bar, but pured wine at the tables and refilled drinks. The hrs d euvres were timed perfectly. All the fd was delicius and in abundance. BUFFET SEATING There is an 80-persn maximum fr the buffet ptin with 8 tables f 10 guests each per table. Any Musicians r DJ s must wrk within the space limitatins if a buffet is chsen. Guests will be invited up t the buffet table by table fr the buffet service.

GENERAL INFORMATION 1. The Terrace Rm is available fr Private Parties, Special Events, and Meetings. 2. A fd and beverage minimum applies t all events that range frm $4000.00 t $10,000.00 depending n time f day and date. 3. Prices d nt include 8.50% tax and 20% service charge, and are subject t change withut ntice. 4. There is n rm charge fr three t fur hurs depending n fd and beverage minimum. 5. The client may extend the event at $500.00 (plus tax) fr the first hur, $1500.00 (plus tax) fr the secnd hur, and $3000.00 (plus tax) fr the third hur. 6. The client must cnfirm the extended hurs at least fur weeks prir t the event. 7. There is a $400.00 maintenance set up and breakdwn fee. 8. A dance flr is available at $500.00. The dance flr is 15 x 15 and will be set in the suth crner f the rm nly. 9. A ceremny package is available at $900.00. The ceremny will be held n ur utdr terrace (weather permitting). This includes set up and breakdwn f up t 120 white flding chairs, a red-carpet runner (facing west nly), an additinal 30 minutes in the rm with n rm charge, and a manager n duty t help with the ceremny. The guests must access the terrace fr their ceremny thrugh the private terrace drs. (The ceremny must be mved inside the Terrace Rm if there is rain r if the wind is t strng. Please nte the rm must be set fr the receptin and yur guests can take their seats at their tables. The prcessin will enter frm the main entrance, and the ceremny will take place n the dance flr area). 10. The Cliff Huse must prvide all fd. Our insurance carrier des nt allw utside fd with the exceptin f a cake frm a licensed and insured bakery. There is a $4.00 per slice cake cutting fee that can be waived if the client waives the dessert ptin in the prefix menus. 11. The Cliff Huse requires full payment f estimated cst f the event eight weeks prir t the event date. Any additinal payments must be made the night f the event by credit card r cash nly. 12. Crkage fee is $25 per 750ml bttle f wine brught in. Crkage is nt applied t the fd and beverage minimum. 13. N ther liqur r beer can be brught in t the Cliff Huse 14. Daytime events must cnclude by 4:00pm. Last call is at 3:30, and last sng at 3:40pm Guests must be exiting rm at 4:00pm fr the evening event set up at 4pm. 15. Overtime fee will be charged shuld the rm nt be cleared by the cntracted end time. Autmatic charges f $500.00 plus tax.

16. Evening events will begin at 6pm. There will be a last call, last dance annuncement made 30 minutes prir t cnclusin f the event, last sng annuncement 20 minutes prir. Guests must leave by cntracted time. If the rm is nt cleared the cntract end time, yu will be charged an additinal $500.00 plus tax vertime fee. 17. T reserve the Terrace Rm, a depsit f $3500.00 is required, which will be applied t yur final bill the depsit secures the rm fr the date and time f the event. The depsit is nn-refundable. 18. Guests wh are ffering a Buffet ptin must prvide a final headcunt ten day prir t the event. 19. Guests ffering a seated dinner must prvide a breakdwn f each entrée rdered ten days prir t the event. All guests will receive the same first curse and last curse and the entrees must be pre-rdered with indicatrs in the frm f a place card shwing clearly what each guest has pre-rdered. This will insure the pre-rdered cunts will match the night f the event. This can be in the frm f a clred dt r letter n a place card. 20. If guest fails t prvide entrée cunts prir t the event they will autmatically be charged $10.00 per guest t cver the cst f additinal fd that must be rdered, and cst f lss f fd nt cnsumed. 21. All items brught int the Terrace Rm must be taken ut f the Terrace Rm at the end f the evening. The Cliff Huse will nt stre items fr pick up at a later time. 22. Items that are rented by an utside cmpany must be drpped ff and set up by the rental cmpany the day f the event and taken away at the cnclusin f the event. Client must get Cliff Huse s permissin t bring in rental items frm an utside vendr with the exceptin f DJ, Flrist, and Baker. The Cliff Huse cannt stre items brught in by rental cmpanies under any circumstances. 23. A satellite bar is available at $500.00 prvided there is space in the terrace rm. This bar will ffer beer, wine, and nnalchlic beverages nly. 24. The Cliff Huse is nt respnsible fr lst r stlen items. 25. A Banquet Manager will versee the entire functin.
