We recommend one waitperson per 40 guests for Finger Food Functions. Booking and Function Arrangements A deposit of $250.00 is required on booking. The balance of payment is required at the function. There will be special deposit arrangements for large functions. Final guest numbers and menu selections are required seven (7) days prior to the function. It may be possible to increase numbers after this time, however, numbers cannot be reduced due to ordering numbers and staffing commitments. NOTES: Sunday and Public Holidays attract a 10% surcharge. Additional charges may apply where site access is difficult and service periods are extended due to factors beyond the Caterers control.
