FUNCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS At Laurieton United Services Club, we endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service whilst guaranteeing attention to detail with our professionalism to ensure the success at your occasion. Tentative Bookings & Confirmation Laurieton United Services Club will tentatively hold bookings for a period of 28 days at which time confirmation is required to secure the reservation. Cancellations We understand that circumstances change & we are able to offer a full refund of deposit if cancellation is made one month prior to your reservation. Room Hire The full room hire is to be paid to confirm your booking Menu, Beverage & Layout Selection We request that 2 weeks prior to your function, you meet with our Function Co-ordinator to discuss your menu selections. One week prior to your function we will need approximate numbers for catering with confirmation of final numbers to be provided no less than 48 hours prior to your function. This final number will be the minimum number for which you will be invoiced. Payment of your Function Payment of the room hire is to be paid at the time of the booking. All other outstanding payments must be made when final numbers are given to the Function Co-Ordinator prior to your Function. All prices listed in package are subject to change. Parking Laurieton United Services Club has onsite parking for 150 cars which is provided at no charge. Damage to Laurieton United Services Club Property Please note that you are financially responsible for any damage sustained to Club property & facilities during your function. No attachments are to be placed on the walls or ceilings without prior consent from Club Management. Bar Attendants There is a $40/hour cost to any function for under 50 guests that requires a Bar Person **conditions apply** 9

FUNCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy In accordance with this policy, Laurieton United Services Club strives to serve our members & their guests in a responsible, friendly & professional manner. Laurieton United Services Club staff are prohibited from serving alcohol to any intoxicated persons & patrons under 18 years of age. For patrons convenience we have a taxi phone located in the foyer. Smorgasbords Smorgasbord 1 & 2 need minimum of 30 people. Occupational Health & Safety Laurieton United Services Club has an Occupational Health & Safety Policy which our employees & contractors are bound by. All care is taken to present your Function Room in a safe state, but should you be aware of any unsafe conditions during your Function please notify the Club staff immediately. Neighbourhood Partnership Laurieton United Services Club is located in a residential area & we request that our members & guests respect this & leave our Club in a quiet, orderly manner. Functions that are located on our outside facilities are subject to legislation pertaining to noise. Decorating your room We are happy for you to decorate your function room but the guidelines are as follows: ~ Under NO circumstance are you allowed to use confetti of any type ~ If confetti is used there will be an additional cleaning charge ~ Please do not stick any thing o the walls which will cause any damage Please sign & return when confirming your booking as acknowledgment of understanding & agreement to the above Terms & Conditions.
