Taste the mixture and add a little mre hney if needed. Divide half the fruit amng 8 ½-cup ppsicle hlders. Add ¼ cup f the ygurt mixture t each ppsicle hlder, then add the rest f the fruit. Yu ll need t press the fruit dwn a bit t distribute it evenly in the ppsicle. Tp ff with mre ygurt mixture if needed, leaving at least ¼ inch f space at the tp f the ppsicle hlder because it will expand as it freezes. Freeze the ppsicles fr several hurs, until cmpletely slid. Fruity Greek Ygurt Ppsicles frm the Natinal Hney Bard Ingredients 1 cup - pitted cherries r ½ cup strawberries (r ther fruit f yur chice 1 cup - nnfat Greek ygurt 2 tablespns - hney Directins In a small fd prcessr r blender, puree the fruit fr 30 secnds t 1 minute. (D nt blend fr t lng r the puree will becme t watery. In a measuring cup r bwl with puring sput, stir tgether the ygurt and hney. Fld in abut 2 tablespns f the fruit puree. Taste and add mre hney r fruit puree as desired. Pur fruit and ygurt mixture int ppsicle mlds, filling abut ¾ f the way. Add wden sticks and freeze fr at least 3 hurs. T remve: run warm water ver the bttle f the ppsicle mld and gently twist and pull ut the ppsicles. Strawberry Mint Frzen Ygurt Pps frm the Natinal Hney Bard Ingredients 1½ cups - greek ygurt 1 cup - fresh strawberries, chpped (reserve ½ cup 2 tablespns - mint leaves, finely chpped 3 tablespns - hney Directins Mix ygurt, ½ cup strawberries, hney and mint tgether in a fd prcessr and blend; mixture will turn light pink. Stir in reserved berries and fill the ppsicle mld until ¾ full; place in freezer. Freeze fr 1½ t 2 hurs.
