THE WEDDING CEREMONY We deliver a holistic and seamless experience and welcome the opportunity to work with you to ensure a beautiful ceremony experience. We can offer ceremony options, both inside and outside, for this significant moment in your lives. Our deck, with the vines and valley as a backdrop, is a gorgeous location for your ceremony or in a marquee that can be elegantly prepared to cater for your ceremony requirements. Please note, marquee hire is additional. Our events specialist can provide you with the assistance you require before the event and on the day. TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS For weddings, a deposit of $5,000 is required to secure your booking. A 50% deposit is required two months out from your booking date, with the remaining balance required 14 days prior to the event. A deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required to secure the Storrier Room. You may order more drinks on the day or evening of your reservation, which will be settled with your final account on the evening. A deposit of $50 per person is required to secure reservations in the All Day Dining room. You may order more drinks on the day or evening of your reservation, which will be settled with your final account on the evening. A deposit of $100 per person is required to secure reservations in the Signature Restaurant. You may order more drinks on the day or evening of your reservation, which will be settled with your final account on the evening. The deposit payment must be made via EFT, credit card or cash. The deposit is deducted from the final account, which must be settled at the conclusion of the event. All deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled: more than 14 days prior to the reservation, in which case the entire deposit can be returned as a gift voucher(s) or kept on account for use towards another event within 12 months; no more than 14 days prior to the reservation and no less than 7 days prior to the reservation, in which case half the deposit can be returned as a gift voucher(s) or kept on account for use towards another event within 12 months. INFORMATION ON NUMBERS, MENUS AND BOOKINGS The menus and wine list provided are samples only and are subject to change without notice. Should changes be necessary, items of a similar quality and style will be substituted. All prices are inclusive of GST. There is a 10% surcharge on public holidays. Please advise if your guests have particular dietary requirements at least 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made for any guest reductions after this date. Additional guests can be added at a later date and will be charged accordingly. Final confirmation of guest numbers is made one week prior to the reservation. The person who has signed the booking agreement is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. That person will be liable for any damage incurred at the venue or in the grounds during the function. The minimum spend is the amount committed to for food and beverage only. Additional items such as flowers and audio-visual hire are in addition to this amount. If the minimum spend is not met, the difference will be charged as room hire. We reserve the right to book other events or general diners on the same table(s) on the condition that they vacate up to a half hour prior to your scheduled reservation time.
