We require a 10pp nonrefundable deposit for all Christmas bookings throughout December to secure your reservation with us. Once your deposit payment has been made, our banqueting and Christmas team will be in touch to help you with your pre orders and following payments. Once the initial deposit has been made, we then require all final details and your full balance to be paid but don t worry, our Christmas elves will help by sending prompts for all deadlines and payments. From our stunning Walnut suite to our relaxing private lounge, we can cater for your event with ease. Boasts chandeliers, walnut panelling and its own bar and lounge exclusively for you and your guests. Private Lounge and Maddermarket Rooms Our private lounge is perfect for a gathering for drinks or afternoon tea 15 guests minimum for free room hire 25 guests maximum Our Maddermarket Rooms are perfect for smaller more intimate private dining gatherings 6 guests minimum for free room hire 12 guests maximum T&C s Parties must achieve minimum numbers to achieve free room hire.
