Producers and local products Kennedy s Creek Beef Kennedy s Creek is a fertile, high rainfall valley surrounded by the Otway Ranges National Park in Victoria. The property includes 40 acres of natural uninhibited bushland. Kennedy s Creek grass-fed cattle produce naturally flavorsome beef. Grass-fed beef have elevated concentrations of naturally occurring vitamins and nutrients, which makes it the healthiest choice in beef. Sher Wagyu Located in Ballan 100km's north of Torquay, Sher Wagyu was established in 1991. The Sher family produce Wagyu Fullblood 100% and Crossbred Wagyu F1 50% beef. Sher Wagyu ensures their beef is raised under the highest standards, to ensure the health and comfort of the animals, which ensures a consistent and high quality product. Sovereign Lamb Sovereign Lamb is located in the pristine Goldfields regions of Victoria. The region was home to the gold rush from 1835 1900 and is now considered to be a natural haven, famous for its rish, fertile and productive land, it is some of the finest lamb producing country in the world. The region has been producing lamb s since the 1880 s giving the area a rish history with solid bloodlines. Soveriegn Lamb is processed to the highest global standards and committed to preserving the land with sustainable farming practised to ensure longevity for future generations. Humpty Doo Barramundi The award winning Humpty Doo barramundi is farmed on the Adelaide river halfway between Darwin and Kakadu National Park. It is the only farm in Australia producing saltwater farmed barramundi year round. The sustainable water reticulation system delevoped by the farm, delivers consistant water quality of pristine, oceanic salinity throughout the year. Humpty Doo barramundi are certified sustainable under The Australian Sustainability Farmed Barramundi Certified Program. Mount Leura Garlic Mount Leura garlic is produced near Camperdown by three local farmers. The garlic is grown naturally in rich volcanic soil at the base of Mount Leura and the growers are committed to remaining as clean and green as possible and are taking a 100 percent chemical free approach.
