T S & C S PARLOUR PRIVATE FUNCTION ROOM As an incentive, Spaghetti Western generally don t charge a room hire for the use of the private Parlour room, as long as there is a minimum spend of $50 per person. This minimum spend is inclusive of your food and beverage spend. We also offer complimentary use of our AV system and we provide a private wait staff for your event. DISPLAY/DECORATIONS Themes events and personalised display are welcome for a private function. However, all decorations and displays must be approved by your function coordinator prior to the event. Items such as glitter, confetti and scatters may not be permitted. Your function coordinator is happy to discuss all decoration needs, and may be able to assist further in creating a wonderful event. AUDIO/AV Spaghetti Western is equipped with an AV system that may be used with our compliments, including background speakers and a projector screen. All AV requirements must be discussed with your function coordinator prior to your event and permission to use the system is only given if it has been per-arranged. An appointment can be made to confirm any hiring needs, or to ensure that any AV equipment supplied by you is compatible with our system. We are generally able to organise other equipment at an additional cost to you. BOOKINGS/DEPOSITS We will pencil in your desired date immediately upon booking however a credit card authorisation form for the deposit must be submitted within a week of making your booking to secure your reservation date permanently. Not submitting this form or making alternative arrangements for deposit payment within this time will result in cancellation of your booking. CANCELLATION Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellations made prior to 14 days will receive a full refund of the deposit.
FINAL NUMBERS At the time of your function enquiry, you will be required to give a relative estimation of guests attending your proposed function. Confirmation of final numbers are required a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of your function. At this time the total food bill for the event will be charged in direct correlation to this confirmed numbers, unless specifically arranged otherwise with the function coordinator. FOOD SELECTION Details of all food selections are required no less than 7 days prior to your event. Please provide any special dietary requirements, allergies or further requests regarding the menus at this time. Prices are subject to change to cover seasonal food menu changes. CAKEAGE Looking to BYO cake, no problem, we charge a cakeage fee of $3.50 per person. Or let us handle it, we can organise a cake for you. Just ask your function coordinator what options are available.
