Braai Functions Pricelist Lamb & Chicken On The Spit (Min 30 Guests) This is a traditional whole lamb spit, slow cooked over open coals with our rotating Spit braai Machine. The lamb is basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking which takes 5 hours to prepare,once cooked the lamb is the carved off the Spit into serving dishes or served from the braai. The lamb/beef & chickens is basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking which takes 4 hours to prepare, Once cooked the lamb/beef is the carved off the Spit into serving dishes or served from the braai. Traditional Braai (Min 30 Guests) Lamb chops/tenderized Rump Steak/ Beef Boerewors/ chicken pieces are prepared on our Open Coal Barrel Braais and basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking, Preparation time is 2 hours, once cooked the Braai foods are served into Chaffing dishes or served from the braai.
