Our Terms & Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 1000 is required to secure your booking, with an additional 1000 due six months prior to your big day. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days only. A signed copy of our terms & conditions is also required at the time of booking. Final numbers submitted to the hotel 48 hrs in advance will be the minimum number charged. No food or beverage must be served nor consumed on the premises unless the hotel supplies it. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to resell the facilities, to prevent the charge of cancellation fees. However, should the facilities remain available the scale of charges will be as follows: - All deposits will be forfeited in full. - 360 days to 270 days 25% of Menu price - 270 days to 180 days 50% of Menu price - 180 days to 91 days 75% of Menu price - 91 days to the date of event 100% of Menu price For the purpose of the above cancellation policy charges shall be calculated upon a minimum number of 120 guests. Please note that our cancellation policies will be implemented less deposits already received. Hotel Woodstock reserves the right to refund deposits in circumstances where a booking is made by a third party or under false pretences. If in the General Manager reasonable opinion, the event may prejudice the reputation of the Hotel, provided a decision is made within 3 days or more prior to the event, the Hotel will refund the deposit and will provide every assistance in relocating the event. Should you be in a position where the wedding needs to be postponed, your original deposit paid may be transferred to a date within 6 months of the original date. All cancellations or changes in date must be confirmed in writing. All accounts must be settled for prior to or on the day by either cash or bankers draft. Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement is made. We agree that the booking herein is made for the Wedding of the below signed and cannot be substituted for the Wedding of any other couple. In the event that any persons other then ourselves present themselves at the Hotel on the date in question the Hotel reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the Reception and the deposit and any other monies paid will be forfeited.
