RACECOURSE INFORMATION The excitement, the colour and the entertainment provide an atmosphere unlike any other sporting event. There is no better way to be part of the action than to have a Raceday Function at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club. TERMS & CONDITIONS Raceday Packages are available for day, twilight and night race meetings. Please see our website for Feature Raceday Packages All functions must be booked and paid for at least one week prior to function date Tickets will be issued upon full payment of Raceday Function Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, cheque or cash Refunds will not be given unless tickets are returned one week prior to function date Dress regulations (see below) apply in our Members Enclosure and this includes the Members Terrace, Champagne Garden and Favourites Function Room Minimum of 10 adults required for bookings unless otherwise stated Food can be brought in to the Furlong Club area ONLY NO alcohol can be brought into the Racecourse Balloons are strictly prohibited at the Racecourse DRESS REGULATIONS ACCEPTABLE GENTLEMEN Collared shirt Tailored shorts or trousers with belt Dress denim Enclosed dress shoes. FUNCTION AREAS Furlong Club (min 10 guests) Located approximately 150m from the finish line, the Furlong Club is located within the public area, close to bar, tote, food and bookmaker facilities. This is an undercover area. $8.00pp* includes: Admission to Racecourse Reserved tables and seating in Furlong Club Members Terrace (min 10 guests) The Members Terrace is located just outside the Copper Kingdom Members Lounge within the Members Enclosure and overlooking the finish line. $18.00pp* includes: Admission to Racecourse Admission to Members Enclosure Reserved tables and seating on the Members Terrace (Dress regulations apply) Champagne Garden (min 50 guests) The Champagne Garden is located right on the finishing line, just beside the Saddling Enclosure taking you almost close enough to touch the horses and jockeys. $21.00pp* includes: Admission to Racecourse Admission to Members Enclosure Reserved tables and seating in the Champagne Garden (Dress regulations apply) Favourites Function Room (min 50 guests) Located on the top level of the Members Enclosure, the Favourites Function Room overlooks the track and offers air conditioned comfort with private tote, bar and toilet facilities. $21.00pp* includes: Admission to Racecourse Admission to Members Enclosure Reserved tables and seating in the Favourites Function Room (Dress regulations apply) Trackside Marquee (min 100 guests) Our Trackside Marquee is situated near the main entrance and close to all the facilities in the public area. It is an ideal spot for larger groups, seating up to 350 guests. $21.00pp* includes: Admission to Racecourse Reserved tables and seating in the Trackside Marquee *A $5.00 surcharge applies for night racing and metropolitan race meetings

BEVERAGES The Sunshine Coast Turf Club is fully licensed and alcohol cannot be brought into the Racecourse. Beverage options for functions are as follows: Guests to purchase their own beverages from bars Beverage orders can be place when booking your function and paid in full with your total function cost. These beverages will be placed in ice tubs next to your reserved tables for your self service. This option is available for the Members Terrace and Furlong Club areas only. Please note we will refund any unused beverages and extra beverages can be ordered on the day of your function Bar accounts can be arranged prior to the function or on the day.
