STEP ONE Please call us on the number on the back of this menu to check availability, make a provisional booking and discuss your party requirements. STEP TWO To confirm your booking, please complete the appropriate form supplied with this menu and fill in your party s food and wine choices. Then return it to us at the address on the back of the menu complete with a non-refundable deposit of 5 per person for Christmas Fayre and Festive Buffet bookings and 10 per person for Christmas Day bookings. Don t forget to pre-order your wine and Champagne for a 10% discount* STEP THREE Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking. Your total outstanding balance is required by 1st December, or if pre-ordering wine and Champagne at least 14 days prior to the date of your party. DEPOSIT PAYMENT Deposits are required within seven days of making your reservation. Bookings cannot be held without the deposit payment.
