Timings Recommended Suppliers What happens next? Once you have chosen your venue and the perfect wedding suite for your big day, we can provisionally book your wedding for 14 days whilst you finalise the logistics such as the church or Registrar. This gives you the time to decide on all your finer details, with the security of knowing your date has been held for you. Once your church or civil ceremony is confirmed, just let us know the time and we will send over a contract and terms and conditions. You will need to sign these and send them back to us within 7 days, together with your non refundable deposit of 650. At this stage, it is a good idea to start discussing your estimated timings with your dedicated Wedding Coordinator, as it will help us plan your day so everything runs smoothly. Before the big day... 6.5 months prior: 40% of the total estimated price (based on your contract) is due for payment. 5 months prior: 75% of the total estimated price (based on your contract) is due for payment. 2 months prior: Your Wedding Coordinator will contact you to arrange your menu sampling in The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren. When arranging the time and date for this, we will also need your menu choices for the sampling. 1.5 months prior: Your Wedding Coordinator will contact you to invite you in for a finer details meeting. This is where you will discuss all the important details such as timings, menus and final numbers. 4 weeks prior: 100% of the total estimated price is due for payment (this will be based on your final numbers and finer details). 7 days prior: Your dedicated Wedding Manager will contact you to introduce themselves and arrange an appointment for you to visit the hotel and meet with them. During this meeting they will discuss all the operational details and run through your big day with you. You can also use this meeting as a chance to bring along anything important for the wedding day, such as flowers, music or your wedding cake. Your wedding day: Has finally arrived, so relax and enjoy every special moment!
