Founded in 1998 by brothers Chris and George, Alfa Bakehouse continues a proud family tradition. Chris and George s father Jim was a pastry chef of 35 years and has passed on his vast knowledge, expertise and experience to his sons. The highest standards remain at the heart of Alfa Bakehouse, which not only provides outstanding in-house dining options and service but also off-site catering from our sister store Alfa Seddon.
Catering Menu Alfa is passionate about two things high quality food and customer satisfaction - because of that; we offer a catering service to fit your every need. So even if you don t have the time to dine in-house, there s no reason to miss out on our superb products! We specialise in catering for light breakfasts, lunch, and morning and afternoon teas. Delivery Our standard delivery fees vary between $15.00 and $45.00 depending on locations. Minimum delivery cost is $75.00. We do not deliver on weekends. We are conscious of the need for your order to arrive on time hence you should allow a 15 minute window on either side of your stated delivery time. Should any unexpected circumstances cause major delays we will contact you and keep you informed. Terms and Conditions The last delivery for the day is 3pm. Some exceptions may apply. Order Requirements Once your order is received we will be in contact with you via email to confirm your order. You will receive a calendar invitation to confirm. Once this invitation is confirmed order will proceed according to it. Please ensure all orders and final amendments are placed by 2:30pm the day prior to the order. Note: late orders will incur a late fee. We make every effort to match same day/late orders, however sometimes this will not be possible, and we may suggest other options. We will always try and accommodate same day/late orders, please ensure you contact our office via telephone in these circumstances. Please also note same day orders incur a 10% surcharge. Cancellations Please advise our office via phone or email as soon as possible or by 2:30pm the day prior to the order, should you need to cancel your order. Cancellations made on the day of your order will be charged at 50% of the total order amount. GST Note all prices are inclusive of GST. Payments We require full payment of the invoice to be made by 3pm the day of delivery, unless arranged to be paid upon pickup or to be placed on account.
