We strived for uniqueness and wanted to stay as Gatsby as we could. With help from my mom to keep numbers within a specific budget, Sandy worked with us to keep the numbers within a reasonable price but still knowing we can keep guests full and satisfied. Their food is absolutely amazing. Not your typical everyone has this at their wedding food. It is definitely something we are hoping our guests can walk away saying, their food was amazing and so unique. I would recommend Red Lion to anyone, not just for catering, but just for anything, lunch, parties. The atmosphere and style about their food and what goes into their business just makes it worth it!! BEVERAGE SERVICE OPTIONS Cash Bar: Everyone would have their own tabs for purchases of both non-alcoholic beverages such as juices, teas, coffee, or sodas and alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine or cocktails. Open Bar: your guests and placed on one tab which the host is responsible for at the end of the event. Time Limited Open Bar: your guests until a specific time, chosen by the host, has been reached. After you reach your time limit, you would be notified by your server. The host can decide to extend the time for an open bar or the bar would then go to a cash bar and guests would be responsible to purchase their own drinks. Specified Items Open Bar: You choose what is hosted for your event. For example, beer and wine / beer, wine and liquor / etc. Specified Amount Open Bar: your guests up until a chosen monetary amount has been reached. After you reach your specified amount, you would be notified by your server. The host can then decide to extend the specified amount for an open bar or the bar would then go to a cash bar and guests would be responsible to purchase their own drinks. Open Bar Drink Tickets: You choose how many drink tickets each guest gets. Each ticket is good for any type of drink of your choosing, with no price limit. For example 1 ticket is good for a beer, cocktail or glass of wine. Specified Amount Drink Tickets: You choose how many drink tickets each guest gets. As Director of Catering and Special Events, I work with you from day one to the conclusion of the big day itself. We feel that this allows for us to get to know you better, and to ensure that your vision of the evening turns to be a reality. Each event that we cater for is treated with the utmost attention and care. We provide professional and accommodating planning, experienced and friendly service staff, stock china, silver wear, water service, coffee service and complementary cake cutting. We offer appetizers, buffet, plated or family style dining, desserts and late night options. At some venues, we provide bar services as well. If you would like glassware, china and flatware upgrades or table, chair and linen rentals, we are able to secure those for you through a trusted vendor partner (for an additional charge) TASTINGS: Lion s Catering offers tastings by appointment only. Tastings are $25 for two people, and include one complementary cocktail per guest. Additional guests are $15 per person, for up to six guests in total. Should you decide to book with us, the total will be applied to your balance. Once booking with us, additional tastings are complementary. SPECIAL MENUS: Lion s Catering can provide customized menus catering to specific guest needs, and can provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or children s requests. We can also do entire customized themed menus. PRICING: The cost of your event is dependent on your food selection, beverage services, staffing and any extra rentals you would like. A 20% service fee and 6.1% sales tax is added to the food and beverage total. If a room flip is necessary in the same space that the ceremony and reception are being held, a $2 per person charge will be applied to cover the additional staff needed for basic room rearranging and resetting. PROPOSALS: After your initial meeting with us, we will provide you with a starting proposal with all-inclusive estimated costs. You can use this to compare us to other caterers, as well as to compare it to future proposals that we prepare for you. Any time you make a change that affects costs, we create a new proposal. This way you can see how these changes affect the bottom line, and you are never surprised by a dramatic change in pricing. DEPOSIT: Lion s Catering requires a $500 deposit to confirm the event date and our services along with a signed contract. CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable.
