The menu will have a few adjustments including the addition of nutritional information. ~HAPPY THANKSGIVING ~ Fall is finally here, and the holiday season is upon us. This month we set apart one special day to gather with family and friends to give thanks. Dining Services has amended the normal hours of operation on Nov 26 & 27, so our staff has an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones. First we will have a Thanksgiving Day Buffet to gather with our Blue Skies family. Take-outs start from 10:30-11am. Dine-in buffet will open at 11am-1pm. ~Cochran s and Sky Lounge will be closed for Lunch and Dinner Service. So, as in years past, we ll have Turkey or Ham sandwiches available for purchase at the front desk on Thanksgiving Day.
