A Menu can be ordered from 12 guests. Up to 12 guests you may order à la carte on spot. For your event you have to order a set menu, of course we will take care of guets with special needs such as vegetarian, allergies or our small guests, children. The menu and the beverage selection has to be announced one week before your event. The exact number of guests has to be announced three days before your event, otherwise the ordered number of settings will be charged. We accept cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept any debitcards such as PostFinance-, Maestro-, Diners Club-cards or personal cheques. For security reasons, we do not accept any CHF 1'000.00 bills. Up to a group size of 12 guets, the consumations can be paid individually. With a group size from 13 guets and more, the total account must be paid in one amount (cash, with credit card or on account). Is there a residual amount from the total account, it will be charged to the organiser. Invoices must be paid within 10 days. In the case of default, the Runway Restaurants AG is entitled to charge a default interest of 5% in addition to the outstanding balance. Event organisers from abroad must make a prepayment 14 days in advance. Otherwise the event will be cancelled. In case of private parties we reserve the right to charged 1/3 of the total amount offered. If a cancellation of a definitively booked privat party occures, we have to charge you an annulation fee as follows: -180 days before the event CHF 1'000.00 handling fee 179-90 days before the event 25 % of the order volume (acc. to the function sheet) 89-45 days before the event 50 % of the order volume (acc. to the function sheet) 44-15 days before the event 75 % of the order volume (acc. to the function sheet) 14-0 days before the event 90 % of the order volume (acc. to the function sheet) The following cancellation conditions applies for groups starting from 20 guests and more (no private party): for cancellations 10 days before the event, 50% of the menu price for cancellations 2 days before the event, 100% of the menu price page 14

Any damages on objects, furnishings and decorations, caused by the organiser or participant during the event, will be charged to the organisers account according the amount of loss. The installation of your own decoration is only allowed against consultation with the Runway34 All our boarding passes have a serial number and have been specially made for Runway 34. Deliberate damage of the boarding pass or loss will be charged at a price of CHF 100.00. Insurance, including insurance for objects brought to the establishment, is the responsibility of the event organiser. Runway 34 has 90 parking spaces. If you are celebrating an event at our establishment, it would be a good idea to car-share as this would ease the parking situation. Our restaurant is easy to reach on public transport (tram line 10 and 12, VBG bus no. 510, the Unterriet bus stop is just five minutes on foot from the restaurant). You are very welcome to visit out Ilyushin 14. As it is used as the Smokers Lounge from 9 p.m., we would kindly request you plan your visit to end before that time. We can organize all decoration you would like. Bouquets, arrangements, balloons, placecards, invites etc. Also we could coordinate a shuttleservice for you. Please let us know your wishes and represantation in time. The additional costs will be added on your invoice. For a corkage fee of CHF 35.00/bottle 75cl, you are welcome to bring your own wine with you. Please advise us of this in advance. If you would like to bring cake with you for a birthday or wedding, we will charge a cover charge of CHF 9.50/person.
