La BIANCA Description Blanche beer of high fermentation from 4,5% vol. The colour is light yellow, slightly pale; the foam is rich and thick. You will sense a well distinguished explosion of spices, coriander and cardamom, sweetened by citrus notes and white flowers. The body is slim and soft; wheat and oat makes the beer extremely light and mellow. The combination of a slightly citrus-spicy mix and a light final bitter makes the taste refreshing. This beer, widespread in the area of Brabante Fiammingo, features a fresh bouquet and it s easy to drink. Cooler than an aperitif, more scented than a spring day, it will conquer your heart and palate! Food combination Grasp the persuasive notes of fresh citrus and coriander: with right expedients, it will also be an excellent companion for many dishes. From the light and scented first dishes based on vegetables, to soft and spreadable cheeses like stracchino, robiola, goat s cheese ricotta or mascarpone; from raw or baked fish to white meats, from sophisticated preparations of dressings, to light and delicious aperitifs like shrimps in cocktail sauce, or bresaola rolls, spreadable cheese and rocket. La BIONDA Description Light beer of high fermentation from 4,8% vol. The colour is golden bright yellow; the foam is rich and persistent with fine grain. The scent is combined by notes of grain and a nice herbal hopping touch. The body is slim, the taste is fresh, the carbonation is very pleasant and the drink extremely easy. Refreshing and disengaged, a great companion for all occasions. This beer, apparently so classic and traditional, has its own strength in the accurate selection of raw materials mixed with art by our brewer. A great beer comes from strong roots and in our case, also from a huge passion! Food combination This blond beer can be named as a German Ale and features a scent and taste of rich and fragrant grain and hop. Never above the line, always dynamic and adaptable to various occasions, it s a beer with an easy soul and a light scent which you can pleasantly taste with first courses based on vegetables, either pastas or soups. According to the same concept of light dish light beer, you will also have a nice compliment with soft cheese or white meats. Another helpful feature is the type of carbonation, such as bubbles. The great verve of the bubbles, makes it suitable for fried food or batters, and peanuts or chips for a friendly aperitif. The additional idea! Did you ever think about a beer popsicle? La AMBRATA Description High fermentation India Pale Ale from 6,0% vol. The colour is yellow, with amber reflexes, the foam appears white, soft and rich. The scent of this beer will literally overwhelm your senses. A mixture of exotic fruit, mango and pineapple at first, citrus and herbal touches are the fragrances given by the wonderful stars and stripes hopping. The taste is decisive, intense and vaguely cheeky; in its expression and persistence the aftertaste is strong and bitter. Love at first sip? Be careful that only the most faithful lovers are expected! The strength of this beer is its intriguing way of being: cheeky like somebody who knows to be appealing. Food combination Brought to India by the English in the 800 s, this IPA is vaguely exotic and is a great compliment to spicy and bittersweet cuisine. Not to be combined with extremely hot dishes because of its great hopping, it can really challenge your taste buds. You d thrive tasting it with first courses based on shellfish, in a bitter-sweet contrast which will balance, or with seasoned or herb cheeses. Its English roots and the hop that gives its best with greasy food, makes this beer go well also with fried fish such as fish&chips. Hamburger with crunchy bacon, pork ribs or grilled lamb are welcome. It is surely a charismatic beer, but it can also be sly if you pair it with white chocolate dessert, coconut, exotic fruit. Despite the ethnic origins and the radical chic being, this beer loves pizza: lard, burrata cheese, bacon and rosemary, gorgonzola and speck. The additional idea! Take advantage of its exotic charm and serve it with a cup of vanilla ice-cream, chopped pineapple and pink pepper. 7

La ROSSA Description High fermentation Belgian Ale from 6,5% vol. The colour is mahogany and the foam is rich and thick. The scent is strong and structured, notes of ripe red fruit, toffee, caramel and dry fruit chase each other. A rich, soft and round taste for your palate calls to mind scents already perceived by the nose, while a light bitter note will give the final touch. The strength of this beer is surely the abundance of sensations that will never tire you. It can be grand, without being noisy and redundant. Food combination Magnificent, charming and hypnotic in its ruby reflexes. It stares straight into the eyes of a structured and rich glass of red wine without any reverential fear. A beer who enables important reflections, that can arise fireplace meditations and if served on table, loves the strong combination with mellow and rich dressings. Tasty sauces, alp cheeses, second dishes of red or game meat are asked. However, it will not despise sausages or grilled ribs in friendly and unconventional occasions. At the end of a dinner it s a perfect combination with desserts, especially red fruit pies, caramel, dry fruit or cream. It will not be disappointing if you try it with pizza! Have it with exciting flavoured pizzas: sausage and potatoes, sausage and pepper, Mexican, gorgonzola and salami, pork pepper and Asiago cheese, salami and Asiago cheese. The additional idea! Use it to create the base for a rich flavoured risotto. Toast the rice, sprinkle with LABI La ROSSA, add pumpkin sliced in small squares and sausages previously stewed with a shallot in extra virgin olive oil.
