POWDERMILLS Thank you for considering The PowderMills Hotel for your special day. We are passionate about weddings and our romantic setting along with many years experience guarantees a truly memorable occasion. We hope the brochure, along with the information provided shows we have many options for the Ceremony and Reception and we can tailor make the package that s right for you. CEREMONY & RECEPTIONS Your Civil Ceremony may take place in the Music Room or for an outside ceremony, the Lake House. For the Civil only, 500 or 400 if you take your reception at the hotel. If you have your Wedding Luncheon in the Orangery Restaurant there is a room hire charge of 1200 and we ask that you and your guests vacate the room by 6.15 p.m. If you are having your Wedding Luncheon in our Pavilion Suite the room hire charge is 600 or for the Cloisters, 800. Your reception may continue into the evening in our Pavilion or Cloisters Suite until 12.00 p.m. The hire charge for the evening reception in the Pavilion or Cloisters is 600. MENUS One menu to be selected for the whole party. We will cater separately for vegetarians and children. Children between the ages of 5 and 10 are charged at half the menu price, over10 s are catered for and charged as adults. Under 5 s we can arrange a simple meal to suit at a pre-arranged price. PRICES All the prices quoted in this brochure are valid from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018 and include V.A.T. (except where stated). If your booking date is after this period please request a personal quotation. No prices are held from any previous brochure. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to the final invoice to the food and drink element. We do hope you decide to hold your wedding here at PowderMills.
