Terms and Conditions Room Charge A non refundable room charge of 350 weekday and 500 weekend, made payable to Portstewart Golf Club will secure your wedding booking. Drinks All wine and champagne must be paid in full one week prior to the date of your wedding Confirmation of the final amount of Wine and Champagne must be given 3 weeks prior to the date of your wedding Catering A non refundable food deposit of 400.00 must be paid to secure the catering booking for your wedding. Finalisation of your wedding menu should be given two months prior to your chosen date Final numbers and balance of payment must be made to the caterer one week prior to the date of your wedding.
