Hire Packages Modern Art Oxford offers four hire packages, to suit any kind of occasion or event. These packages can be altered to fit your individual requirements. We can also arrange bespoke packages to suit every occasion. Business Package This multi-space package is perfect for a professional event, such as an AGM, networking meeting or away day. It consists of access to the basement, which is an ideal presentation space, alongside use of the café as a networking space with drinks and canapés. A tour of the art exhibition spaces led by one of our dedicated team members can be arranged. All our packages can be tailored to fit your requirements perfectly. Number of guests: 70 maximum Spaces: The basement for presentations and the café for networking and drinks Timings: 5 hours (between 5-10pm) Tues-Sat, 9am-6pm Monday Costs: 800+VAT

MODERN ART Party Package From birthdays and anniversaries to university society events and gigs, if you require a unique space for music and dancing then the party package is ideal. The Handle Bar Café and Kitchen will provide a bar for this event package and any food requirements, from canapés and nibbles to bowl food can be arranged. Number of Guests: 150 maximum Spaces: The café space for the bar and socialising and the basement for music and dancing. Timings: 6 hours (6pm-12am) Costs: 930+VAT Price includes: - The use of both our basement and café space - The use of the furniture and AV equipment in the spaces (speakers, projector, mixing desk, lighting desk, microphones and laptop and up to 80 chairs) - Two dedicated members of staff - A security guard for 4 hours - A Temporary Events Notice
