Our industrial rustic space can accommodate 10-160 guests in a variety of semi-private seating arrangements for your social soirée, bridal event, business gathering or any other special celebration. Our menu is comprised of seasonally and locally fresh ingredients, featuring American staples with international influences. Each one of our events is personally planned and our menu items are always made to order to suit your needs. You and your guests will have a one of a kind experience they won t forget! Contact our Event Manager today for additional information and we can get the party started! GUARANTEES A final guarantee of the number of guests is required 10 business days prior to your party. Once received this number will be considered a final guarantee and will not be subject to reduction. MINIMUMS Based on the time of day, date, and number of guests. Please contact our Events Manager for a food and beverage minimum for your event. MENU SELECTIONS Menu selections must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the event. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT A deposit of 25% of the estimated grand total is required to reserve the date of your party. The deposit is non-refundable but may be used for future event at fourteensixteen. Final payment is due at the end of your event. GRATUITY An automatic 20% gratuity is added at the end of your event. SALES TAX All food and beverage provided by fourteensixteen is subject to state and local taxes. RENTALS Rental of specialty linens, decor, chairs or any other items requested is available through third-party vendor, please make sure that your Events Manager is aware with advance notice. BUY OUTS We offer buy out options of the venue, please ask your event manager for more information.
CASA LA BELLE Capacity : 50 seating / 60 standing Casa La Belle is the main restaurant area. The superb space is ideal for more formal events based on its size and its layout. The area can be reserved in its entirety or sectioned off to accommodate smaller parties. HOMETOWN LOUNGE Capacity : 35 seating / 60 standing The Hometown Lounge is an ideal location for parties looking to mix & mingle. The area surrounds the bar and is ideal for cocktail parties, client appreciation events, or birthday celebrations.
THE FIFTH AVENUE ROOM Capacity : 18 seating / 25 standing The Fifth Avenue Room is a semi-private space located upstairs and is ideal for an intimate celebration or business meeting. The room is fully equipped with TV and AV capabilities. LA GRANGE SKYLINE Capacity : 60 seating / 80 standing The La Grange Skyline is an excellent destination for any private event where one gets to experience the pleasures of being outdoors while receiving the best of what fourteensixteen has to offer. This space is ideal for cocktails parties, wedding events, or any other festivity.
