Established in 1785 Belair House is a stunning two floor Georgian Mansion surrounded by panoramic views of Belair Park that posseses a unique charm, transporting you from the City to the Countryside. As a licensed venue we cater for smaller, more intimate ceremonies and wedding breakfasts for up to 80 guests, with wedding receptions for 120 guests. We understand that preparation and planning are key to acheiving your perfect day so we offer our skilled team to guide you through your vision step by step. FAQ s What are the options with music? Bring a DJ, book one of ours, hire a band or just bring your Ipod we are flexible. We have an isolated speaker system in place to produce the best quality sound for your party. Timing restrictions apply for live bands. Equipment available: Built in sound system across 3 rooms / 2x Pioneer CDJ 1000s / Disco lights / LED lights in bar / Pioneer DJM 850 / Ipod dock Can I decorate? We appreciate every wedding is unique, so decorations are welcome. We have a few restrictions past flowers and balloons so please ask a member of the events team if you wish to bring something more unusual! Can we have fireworks? Due to our proximity to the street, we are not allowed to set off fireworks at Belair House Can I provide my own catering? Our chefs are fully equipped to prepare everything from canapés to hot & cold buffets and your full 5 courses, so who needs caterers? Can I bring my own drinks? As a licensed venue, we kindly request that our guests refrain from bringing their own alcohol Are there car parking facilities? Our private off-street car park can hold around 25 cars and there is free parking on the street

C Wedding Breakfast (Please choose ONE of the following starters, mains & desserts) Chicken liver parfait with brioche and a tomato and ginger chutney Beetroot Cured Salmon with pickled cucumber, crème fraiche and herb salad Fillet of beef with wild mushroom gratin, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables Herb crusted roast rump of lamb, basil potatoes and baby vegetables Roast fillet of cod with sauce vierge and new potatoes Raspberry and white chocolate mousse Chocolate and orange delice 65 per guest 12.5% service charge will be added to your food order and goes towards your minimum spend

Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions The Client refers to the person(s) making the booking The Company refers to Belair House Ltd. Premises means the premises known as Belair House, Gallery Road, West Dulwich, London SE21 7AB 2. Use of Premises There is no exclusive use of the entire premises on any occasion, however on the agreed date, the client will have exclusive use of; i) The dining hall between the hours of 12 noon and 6pm after which the room must be vacated to resume public dinner service ii) The entire 1st floor (Gallery Bar, Blue Room, Ballroom and toilets) between 12 noon and 2am 3. Finance A deposit of 20% of the minimum spend / venue hire is required to confirm, with a further 20% payable 6 months prior to the date of the event and the balance paid 1 month prior to the event. 4. Cancellation Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing. The terms are: i) The deposit is non-refundable in the event that the Client cancels however is wholly refundable if the cancellation is made by the Company or occurs due to a force majeure ii) If the Client gives over 6 months notice 100% of any payments with the exception of the deposit are refundable iii) If the Client gives over 4 months notice 75% of any payments with the exception of the deposit are refundable iv) If the Client gives 2-4 months notice 50% of any payments with the exception of the deposit are refundable v) Within 1 month the Client will be liable for 100% of the facilities and services booked. 5. Orderly conduct The Client is deemed to be responsible for the orderly conduct of guests attending the function and will ensure that; 5.1 No nuisance or noise is caused either to the Company or its clientele 5.2 No damages are caused to the Premises and to return the Premises to their original condition and decorative order at the end of the Occupation Period. The client shall be made liable to compensate any damages made to the premises. The Company reserves the right to make additional charges to cover the cost for any reasonable repairs deemed necessary at its sole discretion 5.3 If any changes are made to the Premises (interior and exterior) by the Client, such changes must be of temporary nature only and the Premises are to be restored to their original condition at the end of the Occupation Period

Terms & Conditions cont. 5.4 The Client shall remove at their own cost all materials externally brought into the Premises 5.5 The Client will comply with any reasonable requests made by the Company and with any rules and regulations the Company have in place 5.6 The Company reserves the right to fully protect its operating license and will decline to continue to serve any customer / guest whose behaviour may be considered to be impaired by any over indulgence in drinking 6. Numbers Total numbers must be confirmed before the final instalment is paid 1 month before the event. The minimum numbers of persons advised should not drop below 10%. If numbers reduce within 1 month of the event, then regrettably this is non-refundable however may be transferrable to a bar tab 7. General 7.1 The Company shall not be liable in any way for any proceedings damages costs or expenses or other liability incurred by the Client or any person in any way related to the use of the Premises and the exercise of the licence hereby granted 7.2 All payments to be made under this Agreement are including a non-discretionary 12.5% Service Charge and VAT 7.3 The Client will be responsible for all artists payments for the entirety of the event, the company will not be responsible for any outstanding payments regarding entertainment what so ever 7.4 The Client will adhere to the timetable agreed with the Company and completely vacate the premises at the agreed time 7.5 The Client will ensure that no food or beverage of any kind is brought onto the premises by himself or his guests for consumption on the premises, except wedding cakes or with the Company s written agreement 7.6 Prices quoted are subject to variation up to three months prior to the function, after which they may vary due to budget, value added tax, inflation, currency variation or other reasons which are outside of the management s control. 7.7 The company is not liable for any undisclosed allergies of the client or guests which should be clearly outlined in writing to the company before the event date via the Event Manager or General Manager.
