Introduction: BaxterStorey are committed to consistently delivering the highest standard of hospitality catering at the University of Gloucestershire. Our food offer is intrinsically linked to the service standards to that which we set and ensure that we deliver a prompt and discreet service to you. We are delighted to present our new 2018/19 hospitality brochure which gives an indication of the services available. Our menus are influenced by the seasons in order to ensure you only get the best quality produce as part of the catering provision. The University of Gloucestershire has an institutional commitment to sustainability and is a formally recognised sector leader. Our Sustainable catering policy seeks to reduce food miles, promote fresh and locally sourced foods as well as healthy, organic, free range & Fairtrade products. BaxterStorey has a reputation for delivering fresh quality sourced foods. Sustainability principles are ingrained in both our work practices and menu selections. We believe that by placing sustainable behaviour at the heart of our business it forces the organisation to think differently, making us more creative and innovative in how we deliver it services. We would ask that you confirm or cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before your event so as to ensure that we can fulfil your requirements. If cancelations fall below this time frame there could be an additional charge. Service times are Term Time 8am 5pm Monday to Friday. Non Term Time 8am 4pm Monday to Friday All prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated. Equipment Hire We are happy to provide bespoke equipment e.g. linen hire and flowers we will only pass on the cost incurred from our supplier. Labour Large events of 50 or more and those falling out side the normal working hours will incur additional labour costs. Any additional costs will be calculated prior to your event. PLEASE NOTE: We may not able to deliver to all area s of the University please check before booking. Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements and we will endeavour to meet your needs
