2 Welcome to the Bournemouth University hospitality brochure All hospitality is provided by the Chartwells catering team who understand that you want to make your event unique. This brochure has been designed as a guide to your event which, if required, can be adapted to suit your specific needs, including any special dietary requirements. Quotes for drinks receptions or alternative menu options are available on request. If you have any questions please contact the Events Team. 4 Conference packages Our standard conference packages are available Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm. We can create a bespoke catering quote for any events after 5pm or during weekends. All packages are for a minimum of 8 people. Please contact us to discuss prices and availability. All prices exclude VAT Hospitality must be booked via BU s inhouse caterers; no external catering can be brought on site. Hospitality booking conditions 1. We require seven working days notice for the ordering of hospitality. If you cancel your event catering charges will be payable in full if less than seven working days notice is given. 2. The minimum order value is Selfservice water boilers or jugs of water are not available due to health and safety risks. 4. Hospitality can be delivered between the core hours of 8am 5pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and university Christmas closedown period). Hospitality can be arranged outside of core hours, but may incur an additional labour charge. We are happy to discuss this with you. 5. We ask for special dietary requirements and final numbers to be confirmed five working days prior to the event.
