This is Ker s third guest chef stint at The Fullerton Hotel, where he was part of the hotel s River Hawker Festival and the Young Hawker series previously. He will provide an insight into his family s trade of crafting kueh pie tee and authentic popiah painstakingly by hand. Ker s skill was refined by watching his father, who insists that the best popiah skin is made only by hand.
