Named after The Shelbourne s historic dining rooms, The Saddle Room is a sophisticated take on the traditional grill room, an old favorite reinvented as a modern classic, with an open kitchen adding to the drama of the dining experience. With lush oak walls and heavy drapes, bold splashes of gold and warm cognac leather, and richly carpeted in a distinctive baroque pattern, the assured surroundings are echoed in Chef Garry Hughes confident way with fine Irish ingredients. Along with the chic black marble and ice displays of the lavish Oyster Bar, The Saddle Room also has two Private Dining rooms; available for lunch or dinner, with their own unique style and décor. Capable of seating up to twenty guests, The Saddle Room s private dining rooms offer all the comfort, style and savvy service of The Saddle Room but in an intimate and private setting. The Martyn Turner Room, which presents original prints from the acclaimed Irish Times cartoonist, and The Trophy Room, both the perfect place to celebrate any occasion.
