Pricing & Payment 2016 prices - Prices are per person for a 4 hr food and beverage package Bayroom Area (max 24 guests) - $200 room hire fee Deckroom (max 60 guests) - $500 room hire fee Monday to Thursday, lunch and dinner weddings- $150pp Friday, Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner weddings - $170 Bookings for Friday and Saturday evenings can only be made 6 months prior to the wedding date. Payment Terms A fee is payable per person if numbers fall below minimum requirements Tentative Bookings can be held for 7 days To confirm, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within 7 days A $1000 instalment is to be paid 6 months prior to the wedding date A $1000 instalment is to be paid 3 month prior to the wedding date - Payment for 50% of the preceived cost is required 4 weeks prior to the wedding date Payment balance and guest numbers to be finalised 14 days prior to the wedding date Credit Card payments attract a surcharge so where possible please transfer funds to our bank account: BSB 016 002 ACCT 481955042 quoting your reference number Please see full terms & conditions upon payment of deposit As Mosmans does not have a minimum spend minimum numbers do apply. Terms and Conditions Property: The client is responsible for the conduct of the their guests and indemnifies the restaurant for all costs, expenses, damage and loss caused by any act made by the client or their party. Any damage caused by guests to Mosmans will be the financial responsibility of the organiser. Deliveries: All deliveries to the venue must be advised to the Function Coordinator prior and marked with the name and date of the function. All delivery and collection schedules must be negotiated with your wedding coordinator. Signage: Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or other surface of the building. Signage in public areas is to be kept to a minimum and must be approved by the venue s management. Numbers: Guaranteed minimum number of guests required fourteen (14) days prior to the function date. When final numbers received, client will be required to pay final balance. Final number of guests given at this time will be charged for. A fee is payable per person if numbers fall below minimum requirements. Children and suppliers are not included in the final number. Damage & Loss: We do not accept responsibility for damage to, or loss of, any client property left on the premises prior to, during or after a function (including hired equipment/goods). Clients are financially responsible for any damage to fittings, property or equipment by themselves, guests and outside contractors, prior to, during or after a function. Insurance: The venue s staff are always extremely careful when looking after guests belongings, however accept no responsibility for the damage or loss of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a function. The onus to arrange insurance is that of the clients. BYO Furniture: External chairs will incur a fee of $2pp. Ceremony: Ceremonies are often held in the park outside of Mosmans. Please contact The Town of Mosman Park for hire details: Telephone: (08)93841633 Email: admin@mosmanpark. wa.gov.au. Mosmans can supply 18 chairs and a signing table for an additional fee of $120. All other decorating and set up is the responsibility of the client. Menu: Wedding tasting is available on specified dates for 2 people, costing $99 per person. The menu must be finalised four weeks prior to the event. Pricing: Prices are based on current and expected cost increases, final prices are per contract. All prices are inclusive of GST. Suppliers: The venue has no restrictions on suppliers, however please advise your function & set up co-ordinator of who is delivering and their contact details. The suppliers are responsible for pick up and delivery within the negotiated schedule. If extensive set up is required a fee can be negotiated with your coordinator for lunch closures. Entertainment: Please note we are adjacent to a residential area and in order to ensure responsible noise levels all musical entertainment is required to operate through our in house PA system. Any live band or loud music will not be permitted. Duty of Care: Under the liquor licensing laws of Western Australia we have a duty of care to all our clients and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to persons deemed intoxicated and may do harm to themselves, other patrons or property. Confirmation: The booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed contract. Payment of the deposit is your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The venue will be under no obligation to proceed with the event if the deposit or full payment has not been received. Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking, the restaurant must be notified in writing. Mosmans Restaurant will be entitled to retain the initial deposit paid as well as other instalments paid. If cancellations occur within : *3 months prior to the event- the deposit and instalments forfeited *4 weeks prior to the event- the client is liable for 50% of the total perceived event amount *2 week prior to the event- the client is liable for 100% of the total perceived event amount Cancellation: Mosmans Restaurant reserves the right to cancel an event if: any circumstances occur outside its control if full payment has not been received prior to the event date, if the booking may cause damage or prejudice the reputation. In the event of cancellation by the restaurant, Mosmans may at its discretion refund any advance payment but will have no further liability to the client.
