The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. SERIOUSLY FULL OF HOPS. 1 x 9gl Hophead 3.8% Des: An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer. Salopian Brewery (Shropshire) Available From 25/6/18 3 x 9gl Lemon Dream 4.5% Des: A wheat beer very much in the modern English style - served bright and top fermented. The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrussy flavours produced by the wheat malt. Each of the Hops used, Goldings, Saaz and Cascade add fresh lemony flavours to the brew. 7 x 9gl Oracle 4% Des: The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. 3 x 9gl Golden Thread 5% Des: Aroma of pine, pineapple, yeast and caramel. Abbeydale Brewery (Yorkshire) Available From 25/6/18 6 X 9gl Absolution 5.3% Des: Mid-straw coloured beer with aromas of tropical fruit and mangoes. The beer is sweet all the way through, balanced by some bitterness at the finish. Flavours are fruity with toffee apples and bananas. A clean tasting beer, sweetish but not cloying. Characteristic hop aromas come from British hops, but this is not too floral. Hints of lychee as it goes down. Wye Valley Brewery (Herefordshire) Available from 25/6/18 10 X 9gl Butty Bach 4.5% Des: A burnished gold, full-bodied, premium ale. Butty Bach is Welsh term meaning little friend. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time including the judges at The Great Welsh Beer Festival, where it has been crowned Beer of the Festival on three occasions! Butty Bach is brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
