EAT & DRINK DINING AT THE EXCHANGE Stockies bustling Kitchen & Bistro is now serving a range of new meals from lunch, through to dinner & late. We ve stayed true to our classic Pub origins on one hand and also brought some high quality and unique food flare to our menu. Stockies experienced kitchen team are extremely passionate about serving up diverse flavour styles that range from mouth watering steaks and gastro pub classics to to upmarket bistro dishes and rotating Chef s Specials inspired by local fresh produce. But while the chefs are in the kitchen, the bar staff are certainly mixing things up! New rotating beers on tap as well as bottled craft and premium brews to quench thirsts from a hard day s work. FUNCTION SPACES ROOFTOP GARDEN One of Brisbane s most iconic and popular rooftop garden bars is the perfect place to unwind after work, celebrate an event or just feel the open air surrounded by Brisbane CBD s most scenic skyscappers. SPECIFICS Cocktail style Maximum 600 x guests (including function rooms) Minimum spend Price on application This rooftop features elegant festoon lighting, comfortable seating, vertical gardens, large exclusive bar, gas heaters (during the cooler seasons), restrooms and designated outdoor smoking area. With a mix of live acoustics and Brisbane s local DJ s, there is always something happening on the rooftop garden at the Stock Exchange Hotel. TABLE RESERVATIONS For smaller more casual occasions, you can reserve tables in our public bar, dining room or on the rooftop garden at no cost or minimum spend. (Bookings are essential Thursday - Saturday evenings)

FUNCTION SPACES VIP SUITE & NIGHTCLUB A semi-private space located on the lower level of the hotel which is perfect for groups of up to 30 people. SPECIFICS Cocktail style Maximum 30 x guests Minimum spend Price on application The suite is equipped with a HDMI television which is perfect for screening slide shows and is within close proximity to the main bar and amenities. Booking the suite is a budget friendly option and cater to events such as Hens Parties, corporate drinks, meetings and more. After the sun goes down, Stockies lower level main bar transforms into a fully equipped night club with a lit up dance floor. Stockies Nightclub area can be booked exclusively or can simply be an added party feature to your next event. Booking this space exclusively will offer you and your guests a private nightclub experience with DJ entertainment, tailored disco lighting, smoke machines, microphone, private bathrooms and the expansive bar area for your private use.

FUNCTION SPACES EDWARD ROOM Located on the upper level, opening directly out to the rooftop, the Edward Room is our largest private function space. This spacious room is equipped with the latest AV technology including a data projector, PC, ipod and DJ connectvity, in-house speakers and music system with cordless microphone capabilities. SPECIFICS Cocktail style Maximum 80 x guests Minimum spend Price on application This Charlotte Room includes a huge projector screen, wall mounted plasma screens, in-house music system, cordless microphone, an exclusive bar with easy access to restrooms and designated outdoor smoking area. This space can easily accommodate a variety of functions including birthdays, product launches, engagement parties and corporate cocktail events.

FUNCTION SPACES PUBLIC BAR Our charming Public Bar is a semi-private space located on the lower level of the hotel nearby to premium TAB facilities, gaming lounge and amenities. SPECIFICS Cocktail style Maximum 120 x guests Theatre style Maximum 80 x guests Minimum spend Price on application Fully equipped with HDMI leads, two plasma television screens and private bar, Public Bar is suitable for casual luncheons, corporate events and everything in-between. This space is perfect for groups of up to 80 guests for sit-down style function and 120 guest for a cocktail-style event.
