Please do not make verbal reservations with the staff, as these may be forgotten or lost. Regular Dinner Reservations 568-3238 Sunday Brunch Reservations, Holiday and Special Events 568-3232 bstwfoodreservations@blueskiestx.org The Dining Room does not maintain standing reservations for particular tables for any meal period. Breakfast and lunch are general seating and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Placements for dinner are done on a first-call basis with reservations placed first and walk-ins secondary or as tables are reset. We will honor requests as thoroughly as possible. Dinner service seating is in 30 minute time intervals. The concept of time intervals is to allow the staff time to service the tables they have prior to receiving more tables. Please adhere to the reservation closing times listed below. ~ Dress Code Reminder ~ Please be courteous of your fellow residents by following the posted Dress Code for the Main Dining Room. The Dress Code is posted at both entrances to the Main Dining Room. Also please keep in mind; you are responsible for your guests.
