VOLANTE GROUP The team at Volante, together with our investment community, have created one of the largest Super High Density (SHD) olive grove in the World, a highly efficient plantation technique which minimizes wastage and allows higher control over the olive groves during the different growing stages. The harvesting method is less harmful to the tree and the olives can be transported to the on-site mill in under two hours from being harvested, producing the highest possible quality of Extra Virgin olive oil with just 0.1% acidity. What drives the effectiveness of the SHD system is having a uniform tree structure throughout the olive grove so the harvesters can operate quickly and effectively. The harvesters are based on over-the-row harvesters used also for harvesting grapes. A proven model for more efficient olive production; The high density system harvest up to 98% of the fruit all while causing minimal damage to the fruit and trees, and providing the highest quality.

VOLANTE GROUP What makes us different? 95% of the World s olive oil is produced at farms of about 5 to 10 hectares, from old olive trees. The traditional olive cultivation methods practically have not changed in more than 2,000 years. This practice creates an extremely fragmented market and a highly inefficient industry. Co-operatives make blended olive oil from hundreds of different producers mixing hundreds of different types of olives and oil qualities. Volante recognized this inefficiency and used a pioneering Super High Density planting technique to modernize and industrialize the olive oil making process to produce consistently the highest quality olive oil at 0.2% acidity or lower.

5 main reasons to choose Volante: Only 0.12% acidity. The acidity is defined as a percentage of free fatty acids (oleic acids). The highest quality olive oil must feature a free acidity lower than 0.8%. Volante olive oil outperforms by far this regulation! Not blended, not coupaged olive oil. Volante uses a single-estate and single-variety olive, characterizing and standardizing its natural flavour. We do not mix olives from different groves nor we mix with other olive varieties. 100% Arbequina variety. Intense fruity flavour and practically without any bitter notes, Arbequina is the most recommended variety to introduce both new consumers and children into consumption of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Solely mechanical methods. The entire production process of the olive oil is done completely by mechanical means, from harvesting to bottling. This ensures a more efficient and cleaner way to produce high quality olive oil. Only 4-6 hours of production. Timing is essential when producing olive oil. As soon as the olives are being harvested, the natural oxidization process begins. An efficient production way throughout the entire chain of production results on greatest quality. An Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the highest specifications.

VOLANTE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 100% Olive Juice. Directly obtained from the olives with a processing time of less than 6 hours from being harvested. 100% Arbequina. One singe variety. Volante Premium Extra Virgin olive oil Our early harvest Premium olives are received at the mill within 30 minutes from being harvested and they are immediately milled to maintain full quality and all the healthy benefits on its wholeness, rich on Vitamin A, D, E, K and natural antioxidants. This precious olive juice is obtained in less than 4 hours from the tree. The olives are collected at their finest maturity point, enhancing the juice s quality and flavour. The first green olives of each harvest create our most prized Extra Virgin Oil Volante Premium. Appearance: Intense green colour. Nose: Fresh fruit aroma. Taste: Intense, balanced and with body. Very Low Acidity < 0.12% Special Selection Early harvest 2017/18 Limited Quantity

Volante Natural Extra Virgin olive oil 100% natural olive juice, Single-Estate and Single-variety Arbequina. Carefully cold-milled, solely by mechanical means and with a strict working schedule, the olives become a natural fruity juice within less than 6 hours. The year-round care provided, especially during the harvest, ensures that this Extra Virgin Oil has a unique personality. By centrifugation, the oily liquid and the solid matter are separated, without any contact between the oil and the oxygen at any time. This ensures that the organoleptic and analytical characteristics of the olive oil remain perfect without suffering any alterations. Appearance: Green golden colour. Nose: Aromas of fresh grass and garden. Taste: Elegant with an intense finish. Very Low Acidity < 0.15% Cold extraction <26ºC 100% Arbequina 6 hours of production

100% Arbequina Fruity, aromatic and balanced. Taste of fresh apple and banana. With elegant hints of almond in perfect harmony with green leaf and grass. Practically without any bitter or spicy notes. Goes well with all dishes. Its use it s recommended in its natural form; fresh, for breakfast, as well as a dressing to delicate dishes in which to avoid the presence of strong olive oils. Arbequina is considered to be best variety to use in the preparation of mayonnaise or soft and delicate sauces. It is also the most suitable variety to introduce children in the consumption of healthy olive oil, as well as for those people that are not used to consume olive oil.
