FALL HARVEST: We are happy to accommodate your Fall dig needs on select species. PACKAGING: - Most trees are machine dug, ball and burlap packed for shipping on a flat-bed truck under a nursery shade tarp. - Smaller trees may be hand dug with burlap and star baskets. - Some trees are available in 15 gallon containers. ALPINES, ENGELMANN SPRUCE (Native grown): Our Subalpine Fir and Engelmann Spruce are transported to our nursery from high-mountain stands and are thus subject to Nature's stresses and shaping including bends, scrapes and irregular branching. They are NOT always full branched nursery grown and shaped trees. Trees are generally classic slender high-mountain and vary in overall shape. Trees are acclimated and grown in our nursery for at least two seasons before shipping. ORDERING: See our availability on-line at www.bonnersferrynursery.com or we can send you a paper copy. Send an e-mail, or call in your order as we enjoy talking with you. Limited stock will be apportioned on a priority basis that considers years as a valued customer and payment history. Work to facilitate any special re-handling requests made after harvest begins to sort trees for shipping will be charged at $50 per hour. Please make any special shipping needs known at the time of your order. Thank you. PRICING: We reserve the right to make pricing changes without notice. This price list supersedes all previous price lists published by Bonners Ferry Nursery. TERMS: All prices are F.O.B. Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in US dollars. A service charge of 1.5% of the net balance owing will be added for each month from the invoice date for payment delayed over 60 days. For customers who have not established credit with us, a 100% prepayment must be applied toward the order before February 1. A 25% order deposit is customary for all customers. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to February 1. Obviously, no cancellations can be accepted after digging. Forfeiture of any deposit will result if cancellation occurs after January 1. Applicable volume discounts, per season, will be applied to the invoice at billing according to the following schedule. Volume or other discounts for new orders cannot be allowed when an older, past due balance remains unpaid. All legal proceedings are to take place in Boundary County, Idaho, unless a different location is agreed upon by the seller. GUARANTEE: We guarantee all material to be true to name and free of defects at time of shipment. No credits shall be taken without concurrence of Bonners Ferry Nursery and permission will depend on other customers having similar problems with that cultivar. Claims for any problem must be in writing 10 days within arrival of stock and cannot exceed the original wholesale price. SHIPMENT: Shipments travel at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Where damage or delays occur in shipment, claims should be made to the transporting company at once. Delivery of trees from our nursery to another location for shipping will be charged at $40 per small trailer load and $50 per hour. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment by cash or check. page 2
