Now, he s taken up the mantle of Head Brewer for Sharp s Brewery in Rock, Cornwall, where he oversees the creation of its popular flagship brew, Doom Bar, among other cask, seasonal ales and bottled beers. I am incredibly excited to join this great business, he adds. I feel privileged to be part of the excellent and skilled team at Sharp s, working to brew the fantastic brands they have built over the last 20 years.
