This is the responsibility of the couple. BEDROOM RATES Rates include breakfast, and full use of our extensive leisure facilities including swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and fitness suite. Bedroom upgrades are available at a supplement of 35.00 for a Superior or 65.00 for a Suite. Friday, Saturday & Sunday Maximum of 15 bedrooms. 115.00 per room per night Please note all family bedrooms will occur a 20.00 supplement per room per night. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & CONDITIONS If you have a date in mind, please let us know - a provisional booking will ensure the room is reserved. The hotel reserves the right to release a booking after 14 days, should a deposit not be received. After 14 days a deposit of 500.00 is required to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable. 6 months before the event, payment of 50% of the contracted minimum numbers is required. 3 months before the event, payment of 25% is due then the remaining balance 6 weeks before the event. In the event of a booking being cancelled, all deposits will be lost. The minimum spend for each event are stipulated in the pack, these form part of the terms and conditions of the booking. Final numbers and payment is required 28 days prior to the event. Bank Holiday Sundays require Friday pricing. Should you wish to remove any elements of the package, the price will remain the same.
