PRICING Final event cost is determined based on the menu selection made plus service charge and taxes. Additional Charges Overtime Charges: Should you want to continue your event beyond the contracted time, overtime charges will be $8.00 per person, per hour, plus 20% service charge and applicable sales tax. Guarantee: The exact number of guests is required by 11:00 A.M. twenty (21) days prior to your event. On functions of 100 guests or more, Creolaise Catering will overset by 5% of the guaranteed attendance, if required. Payment: Functions Less than 90-Days: Fifty (50%) percent of the estimated total catering fee is required to reserve the function date and people served at the time of booking. Seventy-five (75%) percent of the remaining balance will be due within 60-days of the function date with the full balance (100%) due within 21 days of the function date. Functions Greater than 90-Days: One-Thousand ($1,000.00) dollars of the estimated total catering fee is required to reserve the function date and people served at the time of booking with fifty (50%) percent of the remaining balance paid 90-days prior to the event date. Seventy-five (75%) percent of the remaining balance will be due within 60-days of the function date with the full balance (100%) due within 21 days of the function date. Creolaise accepts payments by certified check, money order or cash for its services. Credit card payments are acceptable, but will incur 2.9% processing fee.
